Today I ordered a 15 piece mixed chicken for 18.00 My total came up to 20.00 and just out of curiosity I requetsed a receipt. I always enjoyed there food. However a few months ago my girlfriend noticed a strange foul smell with the chicken. We stopped ordering in person and uber eats. A few months pasted before we ordered from them again. My 2 year old grandson which is a chicken lover tasted one piece, although he is not able to say the food tastes strange he refused to eat the rest of the chicken leg. My other 2 family members took a piece and immediately was turned off by the stinch. My son went to return the remaining pieces for a refund and they stated we had eaten most of the chicken and only gave him 12 dollars back. Because this had just happened we still had the 3 uneaten pieces chicken. He went back with proof that we did not eat the chicken and they still refused to refund our money. I recommend others not eat at this location. There has clearly been changes in either ownership or management and they are properlypreparingand storing food as others has questionedthe smell as you enter the establishment.It seems the health department needs to be called. "This is our neighborhood Popeyes Chicken, Y'all!! 😅 No, seriously, though." I went to get some chicken wings and an Italian cheese and cheese steak. There was no one in there when I first went in, but boy did that change quickly. About 5 minutes later, it was like a family gathering full of people who did not know one another, but we had one thing in common. WE LOVE THAT CHICKEN 😂!! Y'all, we talked about the chicken and how good it is. We even stayed until a fresh batch came out. We laughed and brought up memories of the 2 staff that were still there since our younger aging, me now 50. The point is to get there and get THAT CHICKEN!! OH, the chicken steak was delicious as well. I loved that it was not dry. Also, try the pizza with the beef pepperoni slices.🤤🤤😁😍🍗🍕

This place is not the same anymore. No one listens to your exact order. They give you what they want to give you and not what you pay for. I mean why ask me what I want if you are going to give me what you want to Then you ring up my order after you repeat my order then tell me you didnt ring up part of it. On top of that the chicken was tasteless and the beef patties were cold and disgusting. The fries, smfh.
