I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with my recent experience ordering from your restaurant through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the order I received was incomplete — I was missing a pizza and two 2-liter bottles of soda that I had paid for.
After noticing the issue, I made the effort to return to the restaurant in person to resolve the problem. I spoke with a manager on site and provided him with the order number from Uber Eats. To my surprise, he claimed that my order was not showing in their system. I then showed him proof that the order was indeed placed through Uber Eats and clearly indicated your restaurant as the source. Despite this, he continued to insist that he couldn’t find my order and offered no resolution.
This entire situation has been extremely frustrating. As a paying customer, I expect to receive what I ordered, and if there is a problem, I expect it to be handled with care and professionalism. Instead, I was left with no food, no refund, and no accountability from the staff I spoke with.
I would greatly appreciate it if the store manager could personally reach out to me to discuss this matter further. I am hopeful that your team values customer satisfaction and will take the time to address this issue properly.

Read moreOn February 10, 2024 , I entered this location to make several purchases, the customer service is non existent the employees are not friendly or welcoming. The young lady putting the dough through the machine totally ignored me standing there trying to order, her bare hands handling the dough hands nasty and filthy. Finally a gentleman came out the back and greeted me with a what you need I asked him for a menu and he informed me we ain't got none look on line.
This is the treatment you get trying to support the community, no thank you so I took my business elsewhere and placed a $65.00 order and was treated very well.

I ordered a NY style and received a regular large pizza and was charged $14 which was the price for the New York style. Instead of the manager rectifying the situation, he made it seem as if I didn’t know what their version of NY style pizza was. I have had it before and have been ordering from them long before he became manager. I could’ve have easily sent a screenshot. He dismissed what I explained to him and then he proceeded to ask me what color was the box was. The pizza was significantly smaller than the “so called” 16’ inch NY style pizza.
