My son has ordered MANY times in the past . We love the food and service that we have recieved. Last night , he wanted to try the deep fried tacos since he wanted something new to try. They were good with the exception of the numerous toothpicks left in the tacos used to hold them closed during the deep fry process. He was just about ready to give his 17 mo. old daughter a bite when he realized toothpicks were left in. That is a horrible health Hazzard!! I too have cooked in restaurants and country clubs and have had to use toothpicks in food during the frying process of a food. BUT !!! After draining , we were always made to remove every single one of them. When he called and spoke to the manager, she was very rude and basically told him it was his own fault , he should have known and should have looked for them. NO !!! THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED ! She does not train the new employees and throws them on the phone to take orders. She purposely handed an employee of very hot plate and told them to take it while she was wearing a glove, the employee got a second-degree burn not realizing the plate was hot thinking, why, would a manager hand a hot plate to someone. She is crazy. The employee started working there was never told to wash their hands between taking money, answering phones, and making pizzas. No one does. She is very rude to the employees to the point that they are afraid of her, unfortunately, it ruins, the atmosphere, and which should be a fun job. They said it would be there shortly. Another 20 minutes: 8:35 still not here called back to get refund if it hadn't left yet but told it was walking out the door now. I live 5 miles from Jimmy's it finally arrived at 8:52 (almost 20 minutes) Garlic Toast was over cooked & cold. Wings were okay but not really hot. I'm sure not above 140 danger zone. Not worth the $35 dollars. Tipped 20% for nothing. I work in the food industry and I'm sorry but this is a bit ridiculous.
