Have always seen this food truck at the intersection of front street and gilman blvd. This time, we made it there for lunch time. The place was busy - people trickling in and out. Mostly, people were doing take outs. We decided to sit there in the open next to the truck (they have a few chairs and tables). We ordered a Torta (beef sandiwch) and a plate of carne asada. The torta was out of the world - flavorful. The plate of carne asada came with carne (ofcourse), salad, guac, refried beans, rice and a bottled drink. The carne was too good. Well marinated and cooked to perfection. They sell Tacos, Quesadillas, Burritos, Tortas with your choice of meat. They also have combo meals with the above and a plate of sides + drink. Apart from this they also have carnitas, carne asada and fajita plates. The price is reasonable and the portions are GENEROUS. Will definitely come back!!

Heard good things and wanted to check it out. It's in the parking lot of a gas station and has a few outdoor tables on the lawn. Friday evening, and we were able immediately order and our food came out in about 10 minutes. Everything is served to go. The boxes are compostable but the silverware and bag aren't. Now the food. The kids got the asada fries and enjoyed it. The adults got a mixed taco plate and an asada plate. The cauliflower taco was good and the rest just ok. The asada was tough and hard to manage with tiny plastic silverware. The guac that came with the asada and fries seemed more onion than avocado and the rice was dry. Before tip, our bill was just under 70 for 2 plates, 2 asada fries and one burrito with no add on beverages.

I use to come here a couple years ago and the meat was perfection(properly tenderized, seasoned/marinated & cooked) the beans/rice have always tasted the same but definitely not authentic. The beans taste like canned unseasoned refried beans & the rice taste like rice a ronis Spanish rice without the veggies. I came here tonight to satisfy a pregnancy craving and I was definitely disappointed. Dry meat, not tenderized and not seasoned/marinated as said before the rice and beans have always tasted the same but the meat was definitely a huge disappointment.

Chicken tacos: (1/5) I would give it a zero if I could. It was clearly just rotisserie chicken with a sad medley of sour cream, iceberg lettuce and tomato-absolutely bland and other than the mildly pan fried tortilla which was good, this taco was not authentic Mexican and had zero flavor.

Barbacoa and carnitas were a solid 2.5/5. The flavor was there but overall mediocre and tasted like it could have been leftover meat from a couple days ago and then used for tacos. Closer to authentic Mexican tacos but as a Mexican myself, I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat these again.

Salsas: 4/5, the red and green salsas were good and the red one was nice and spicy, made up for the lack of flavor in the tacos.

At $3 per taco this was not worth it. Go next door to Xochi tacos-INSANELY better and worth every penny (chorizo/potato and the chicken tinga being personal...

looking at these reviews, I definitely am convinced that you people are sheltered when it comes to authentic good taco truck. The prices were extremely high at three dollars a taco and upon opening up the tacos seeing that they were filled mostly with purple lettuce, barely any meat and the meat that was in it was scarce , not very flavorful bland over all the tacos were very dry and very light and simple. They didn't have Birria which is also a major -. Very overpriced and low quality. go to a real authentic truck like in south park or Burien or even the one in Maple Valley of Maye valley highway if you want to pay $3 a taco, and find there the tortillas are full with a generous amount of cardne and flavor. Also they won't be dry, and you'll get a bag of vegetables and a baked onion to...
