🍴 Hidden Gem of Indian Cuisine in Greater Seattle Hands down one of the best Indian restaurants in the Greater Seattle area — a region that’s still catching up on truly good Indian food. Most dishes here are consistently flavorful, and a few stand out as exceptional. ⸻ ✅ Things Tried • Chicken Bhuna – rich, bold, and deeply spiced. • Saag Paneer – creamy, earthy, and perfectly balanced. • Bhindi Masala – decent but not as flavorful as others. • Chicken Tikka Masala / Paneer Tikka Masala – classic, thick curry that’s comforting. • Methi Malai Matar – strong methi aroma with smooth, rich texture. • Dal Makhni – buttery, slow-cooked, and soul-satisfying. • Papdi Chaat & Samosa Chaat – tangy and refreshing; love that they use chana instead of chole. • Garlic Naan / Aloo Naan / Onion Kulcha – soft, warm, and freshly made. • Mango Ice Cream – creamy, refreshing, and absolutely worth it. • Chai – fragrant and well-balanced, the perfect finish. ⸻ 🏠 Ambience The restaurant recently underwent an interior revamp and now feels modern and elegant — like fine dining with a cozy touch. ⸻ 💭 Verdict • Generous portions and high-quality ingredients. • Slightly pricey but fully justified by the taste. • Excellent service and presentation. • A hidden gem that deserves far more attention. • Absolutely worth the drive.

Maharaja in Issaquah is where great ambience meets perfect Indian flavors. The interiors are modern, clean, and welcoming, with greenery and warm lights that make you want to stay a little longer. The food? Spot on. Hakka noodles were perfectly stir-fried, slightly spicy, and full of wok-tossed magic - a solid 5/5. Achari soya chaap was packed with bold, tangy flavors, perfectly cooked and served on a sizzling platter - easily another 5/5. Samosas had a crispy, flaky crust with a mild potato-peas filling, great for kids but a bit plain for spice lovers 3.5/5. The dahi papdi chaat was crunchy, refreshing, a sweet tangy explosion 5/5. They give a side of chutneys - the mango one has my heart. Service is quick and servers are friendly. Final verdict? If you’re in Issaquah and craving Indian food - this is a must-visit. We will back to try more dishes especially all the curries.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic experience! Maharaja Cuisine of India in Issaquah is hands-down one of the best Indian restaurants in the area. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm hospitality. The ambiance is cozy and clean, perfect for both casual lunches and special dinners. The food? Phenomenal. Everything was full of flavor, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the butter chicken, were cooked to perfection with tender meat and bold, balanced flavors. Their garlic naan is soft, fresh, and addictive. You can tell they really care about quality and authenticity. The service was top-notch, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maharaja Cuisine of India, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped in, we were enveloped in the warm and inviting ambiance that set the stage for a regal culinary journey.

The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also eager to guide us through the diverse offerings. The menu itself is a testament to the rich and varied tapestry of Indian cuisine, featuring an extensive array of dishes from different regions.

We started our meal with the samosas, and the flaky crust combined with the perfectly spiced potato filling set the tone for what was to come. The Tandoori Platter was a showstopper - succulent kebabs and grilled meats bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.

The main courses were a symphony of tastes and textures. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich and creamy, while the Lamb Rogan Josh transported us to the culinary heart of Northern India with its aromatic spices. The vegetarian options were equally impressive; the Paneer Butter Masala was a velvety delight.

What truly stood out at Maharaja was the attention to detail in every dish. Each bite was a harmonious blend of spices, and the chef's commitment to authenticity shone through. The naan bread was the ideal accompaniment, fresh and pillowy.

To cap off our meal, we indulged in the Gulab Jamun and Mango Lassi. The desserts were a sweet conclusion to a feast fit for royalty. Maharaja Cuisine of India offers not just a meal but a culinary expedition through the diverse and exquisite flavors of Indian cuisine. The combination of attentive service, an opulent atmosphere, and, most importantly, outstanding food makes this restaurant a gem for any lover of...
