Warning: If you want to experience RACISM in Issaquah you have the right spot.
Worst bar and staff I have ever seen. Very unprofessional and disrespectful bartenders. There are two rude bartenders working at this place. They donāt know how to treat customers. I can confidently say they treat some customers differently based on their Ethnicity which is absolutely not acceptable in Issaquah.
During my visit (Group of 4 friends), I explained some wrong transaction on my credit card and I explained to the bartenders. They behaved very badly and used very bad language. And then they started giving attitude and verbally attacking me for false accusations. Then they asked me to leave otherwise they will call cops. And I said sure I am calling cops too. So we both called cops. One of these two rude bartenders physically grabbed my hand and pushed me over.
At that point I left the bar and waited outside for the cops. I am currently filing report complaint with Issaquah police department because I was physically assaulted and these two officers did not take my complaint.
These two bartenders are the worst thing can happen to a business. As you can see how they are replying to my post. Imagine what language they use in person where there is no public record. I have been posting reviews for more than 10 years and I had the worst experience ever.
They treat some customers poorly, using very unprofessional language, and to make their case they start lying like what you see under this post. Even she is making a threat through Google Review.
I never touched or fought with anyone in my life let alone punching someone in the face š. I am a Google reviewer and thats how you can see from my previous posts.
Never go there if you are not from there. These two bartenders make your night miserable and they need some help. What I experienced and learned about this establishment, you will be treated differently if you are the same ethnicity. I just learned there are several other incidents to other customers with similar situations. Very sad situation. Just pay attention how they are communicating on this public platform.
I will share the full recording from my body camera on YouTube which shows you how they are lying and unethical and racist these bartenders are. Sharing the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was in town for a wedding that ended at 10PM and around 8 of us went to this local bar because after doing some quick google research it is surprisingly the only place in town open until 2AM in town. Iāve lived many places, been to dozens of bars, and have never seen such poor treatment of new customers before, especially folks from out of town. This bar can probably serve 75+ people, and the bar tenders complained to many of us that we needed to call ahead of time because our party of 8 was too many additional people to be served a pitcher of beer and a few simple mixed drinks on a Friday night. A few of us had been drinking at the wedding, and were trying to get the bar tenders attention to order a drink and didnāt see the āorder hereā sign which is the only place you are allowed to order at the bar we learned and were told that we cut the line, which we didnāt understand and were yelled at by the bar tenders and someone in my group was walked out of the bar because of cutting in line and responding negatively to being yelled at (they flipped the bird). We were told that we were inconveniencing them for having drank before we came to their bar and I literally had to sell the bar tenders on why we should be allowed to make an order. I understand why the bar tenders were treating us poorly, this bar has a monopoly in town because they are the only bar open until 2am and they do not need to treat new customers with as much respect because most of their business is mainly local customers I would suspect. So, if youāre reading this and planning a wedding, a birthday party, group event, etc. nearby, I would strongly recommend you find any other establishment because you will definitely be treated much better. Also, as I have seen on many of their reviews, I would expect a snarky response to this review that bends the truth in this barās favor. Do not be fooled, you could be the next one writing a poor review of this bar after going. The one good thing I will say about this bar is that my wife and I met a female escort outside while we were waiting for our Lyft ride and she gave us some free weed, so if youāre looking for a hot spot for recreational drugs or other services, this is the place to find it at night...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne unpleasant bartender (who I watched being unpleasant to the guy trying to check out his tab for a while before she came up to us) for the whole bar so it took a while for everything. Without a word came up and thew away a water bottle (then upon my shocked look said outside water is not allowed and that time did pour us two cups of water when I ordered a drink ) Later in the evening I asked for two waters along with a beer. The bartender told us to use a jug, which barely filled a cup. Some aggressive guy in all white caused me to dump even that out while I was trying to get some air on the patio because the sign says no beverages on the patio. Beverages does not = water. The bar has to have drinking water available legally. Will skip next time. Also may be follow the law https://www.dlgsc.wa.gov.au/department/publications/publication/free-drinking-water-policy (not sure who the owner is confusing me with in her answer but that's the first time ever I came in, and obviously last, not really looking for any kidness at a bar but based on the response unpleasant vibe...
