Pickles Playland — Local services in Issaquah

Disappointing and frustrating experience. We signed up for dog yoga but when we got here a sign on the door said it’s been moved to tomorrow. Don’t remember receiving any email notifying us of the change, so I dig through my emails. Finally find an email sent this morning, with the subject title “Jackie the cat groomer, Adoptable Tilly, & MORE!”, a newsletter style email. At the very bottom is a note that tonight’s dog yoga is being rescheduled. I don’t know if I can think of a worse way to let customers know it’s being rescheduled. Did they expect everybody to open and read through this entire email a few hours before the event to get the update? At least put something about it in the subject line. My dog Douglas goes to all three Pickles locations based on where I’m working that day, and the Issaquah location is just as incredible as their Redmond and Kirkland locations! Pickles emphasizes dog safety and comfort, and the staff work with pups and guests to make sure the pups have an amazing day each time they walk through the door. I love that they also offer grooming services so I never need to make an extra trip to get Doug’s nails trimmed or glands expressed, plus he smells like magic after his monthly bath!
