I would give ZERO stars if I could! WE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We asked for 2 of the 2 burgers for $3 dollar deals and a coke and paid for it with a credit card. We got 4 sandwiches and should have paid $6 + coke + tax. The receipt said $6.70 it was close to what we expected to pay, so we didn't give it a second thought. We happily went about eating our burgers in the McDonald's. We decided to get 4 more sandwiches to go because the 2-for-$3 is such a good deal. I took our receipt to the cashier & I said we want the same thing 'to go' because it's easier than explaining our order again. The cashier said it would be $16. I told him we had 2 of the 2-for-$3 deals, so the price should be $6 + tax. The cashier told me that's not what we had. He said we had deluxe burgers & they are $5+ each (but that's not what we ordered!) so 2 of our sandwiches equaled $11.18 & only the other 2 sandwiches were part of the 2-for-$3 deal & our receipt was actually for $16.70! BUT THE RECEIPT SAID $6.70. (I've posted a copy of my receipt in the photos - you be the judge!) Apparently, the printer conveniently ran out of ink only in the 10's column, so it looked like we were paying $6.70 when we were actually charged $16.70. $10 seems like such a small thing, but I think they took advantage of us. I think they are encouraged to upsell there because this has happened every time we've gone there & that's why I took a quick glance at the recepit (we've only been there a handful of times, but it happens EVERY time). We never would have known about the higher price if we hadn't placed the same order again using the receipt. When we asked for a refund, they wouldn't give it to us. Granted, we did eat the sandwiches, but they were not what we ordered & we didn't notice the difference (we're not exactly McDonald's aficianados). So, WARNING!! Read moreWent through the drive through and on getting our food I asked for an extra bbq sauce. The man working the window said bbq sauce was already included in our bag. I again said I wanted "extra" and again was told it was included. He heard what I asked and was trying to make a point that only one bbq sauce was allowed. He finally said that it would be 25 cents so we found a quarter and gave to him. He then took a bbq sauce and slammed it into my husbands hand so rudely. I don't know what we did wrong. When I have gone through the drive through before I have asked for a bbq sauce when ordeing because I'm very ok to pay for it but I don't get it added on the bill either because a single bbq sauce button can't be found on their register or they say don't worry about. But either way, they don't communicate with the window person that I'm to get two. So, I end up having to explain that I tried to pay but wasn't allowed. The window people act so stingy like it anything extra comes out of their own pockets. Real blue collar attitude. I wish I could add up the cost of all the missed items we've gotten over the years from french fries to apple slices, and bbq sauce and apply it solely to bbq sauce because I bet I have enough to last a lifetime. Yet, I'm not stingy and am always willing to pay. This place just needs to sort out how a customer can get 2 bbq sauces with the ordering window and food window synced up on the same process so it doesn't become the customer's fault for asking/paying at the wrong window.

Food ★★★ — As per usual fast food, it's mediocre at best. Not "HOT" food, but not cold, either. So, a very general "ok" meal. Service ★★★ — Took longer than I anticipated for a not-so-busy dining room, but overall, good service. Store/Cleanliness ★★★★★ — For it being as busy as it was, it was very clean, and when a mess was made (ketchup EVERYWHERE), one of the staff came out and cleaned it up pretty promptly. Store/Staff ★★★★★ — Every interaction I had, they were prompt to respond and help. They got my order wrong initially (forgot a component of my meal), I showed them the receipt and they quickly justified it. No questions, no hassle, just good customer service. Store/Management ★★★★ — I don't have any visibility on who the management is, but they seem to be doing well enough, as their staff are friendly and the place is in good order. Drive-Thru ★★★★★ — I haven't gone through the drive-thru myself, but I did overhear a conversation while I was tapping in my order inside the restaurant; the staff were clear, precise and efficient to move people along (and wait, if need be).
Overall, I'd return here if I want a burger or other item from their menu. Good value...
