Bubba's Shaved Ice Snoballs — Restaurant in Jackson Township

I USED to love this place, great flavors, and good customer service. However i will never go back. I have to go 10 miles out of my way to go here, and 4 times in a row they had a note saying they they where "closed due to weather" its 90 degress, and no storms in sight, so basicly perfect weather for snow cones. Well i finally got there today and they had someone. A women about in her 30's that acted like a 12 year old. I asked for the flavors i always get. I was told it was to many flavors and i couldent get it. I askes why since i had been getting the same for years and she jist kept saying " well it wasent me , do u remember who did it?" I said well since this is the first time for a year i have gotten this, no i dont know who it is. She kept asking like she was trying to get someone in trouble. I told her at the most i was charged a bit more for it. She freaked out. , lastley its a walk up place, so u never enter a "building" i had my dog in line who is being trained as a companion dog. I had her because i would keep my dog in a car at 90 degrees. She said as i was leaving " next time dont being your dog"

We went here today with the kids. The snow cones were great! Until the gray Trail Blazer arrived! The girl working in the booth must of been new, the trail Blazer lady seen 2 blocks of ice in the grass that could of been used. She then picked up the ice and went in the booth put the ice in the machine to show the worker that she still could of used that ice. The grosses part of the story was 2 customers walked up and they served the ice that was on the ground to the customer. No matter how good the snow cones are, we will not be returning...

Very much a hidden gem of a place to cool down on a hot day! The perfect ratio of syrup to shaved ice and it was made surprisingly fast! The only knock I can give it is the young lady working it did not seem like she wanted to be there. She wasn't friendly at the same time she wasnt rude either. All in all it was one of the best sno-cones/shaved ice i have ever had! Oh and there are a ton of flavors to...
