Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Jackson Township

The worst Jimmy John's ever! Upon walking in, no greeting what so ever. Upon finishing up in the ladies room, the 1 and only other customer that was in there was gone, so I stepped up to the counter and waited for a full minute for any one of the 5 young men to even acknowledge my existence. They all stood with their back turned away from me and either just leaned against something or whispered to each other. Once Tyler finally did step forward and take my order, he was still unable to complete the transaction despite several tries and was then informed that he was to never use that particular register. Now on to the making of the sandwich. I've seen snails move faster. 3 of them worked on 1 sandwich and it still took them 5 minutes to make, probably because when they tried wrapping it up, it (the unwich) fell apart , so they had to start all over again. How can I give this no stars? I've attempted to order from here at least 4-5 times, and EVERY time they don't have delivery drivers. It's so frustrating, they actually advised me to call the store ahead of time before ordering on the app... HA!

Not to mention they take the money in app for the order, but it takes about a week for them to return it. Why not just inform customers on the app that there are no delivery drivers, huh?

One time, I actually went through the drive-thru, and got the saddest excuse for a sandwich I ever had.

I come to this specific Jimmy John’s pretty regularly because it’s close to my work and they do a great job! The staff are friendly, and my order (I usually order online and come in to pick it up) is always completed very quickly. I always customize my sandwiches, adding and subtracting things and it’s extremely extremely rare that they make a mistake on my order. And even on that rare occasion it was a small mistake that wasn’t a big deal, I could still eat my sandwich. Most of the time, they are absolutely spot on and my sandwiches are amazing.
