If this wasn't the closest McDonald's by another 15 minutes, I would not revisit this location. Place a curbside order pickup and checked in at 10:32, waited till 10: 50 nobody had to come out to bring it to the car. So I get in the Drive-Thru line and wait through that to be told that I need to come inside because the person the drive-thru has none of that in their system. Pretty much said no. Not going to do that I've already waited 30 minutes. Not wasting another minute of my efforts on my food. So I'm told that the reason the food didn't come out is because I never checked in on the app. Mind you you have to type in what spot number you're in for the order to go through for them to know what to make. All the while I had checked in on spot number 4 and had an order code of 1983. So when I get to the second window I asked if there was a manager available and she comes over and she somewhat begrudgingly asked what she can do for me, knowing clearly what the issue is I'm sure. And when I asked her why was I told that the reason my food didn't come out was because I didn't check in on the app When I clearly did she said to me " I apologize, we had a lobby full of people and it got mixed up" So when I continue to ask her why was I gaslit and inconvenienced by their staff to make me feel like that I didn't do my part in this correctly. She said I apologize again and flat out. The one thing that I will not handle is someone telling me something that's not true when it comes to a fast food order. It's not that serious. What I am more upset about is that they just didn't own their error, say I'm sorry/ make it right , and move on. Instead the negative experience I had they continue to add on to it making me feel like I was the one that caused this whole thing. I also don't trust that the food was remade when I requested that it was remade at the drive-thru order screens, and when I got home they didn't even have the right kind of sandwich for my combo, and for heavens sake, if you're going to make me eat something in an English muffin, TOAST YOUR...
Read moreI was in the drive thru around 5:15pm today, August 8, 2024. I ordered a McChicken Sandwich add American Cheese, medium fry, and a large Mocha Frappe with no whip cream extra chocolate drizzle. When I paid for my order, I asked for my receipt, the guy who took my money said that I didn't need a receipt. I said the customer in front of me got one. Then he proceeded to tell me the the receipt printer wasn't working and told me to pull up to the next window. His attitude was very crappy and you could tell he didn't like his job. When I pulled up to the next window to get my food, I asked if my fries could be replaced due to them being old. It was a medium fry. The young girl with blond hair gave me a nasty look and brought me a small fry saying they were all they had. I asked if I could have fresh, hot, fries when they came up. I told her I would pull up so I could get fresh fries and that I didn't mind waiting. She told me that it wasn't going to happen and told me to move on. She doesn't care about customers either by her attitude. I have worked customer service for 40+ years and I have never treated a customer like I was treated today. The problem is that some employees don't care about the customers and think it's ok to have a crappy attitude with customers. I don't think my complaint will be taken seriously. As I always say, how will management know if you don't tell them what's wrong so the problem can be fixed. Worst customer service. You have a sign on your door that says you have the right to refuse service if people have a bad or nasty attitude towards your employees. Well what about customers like me, who wasn't rude or have a bad attitude towards your employees. I guess as a customer, I don't count and am not appreciated. Shows that no one cares in the work place. All I can say is shame on the rude employees and management that lets the employees get away with that kind...
Read moreOn July 28th at 9:17am, I ordered breakfast for me and my family via the mobile app for drive thru pickup. One of the items I ordered was the Big Breakfast platter which is supposed to come with scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes and a biscuit. What I received was a container with just the eggs. I should’ve checked the bag before driving off but it was such a long line and I had already been waiting for about 16min that by the time I got my food I was ready to go. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the missing items until I was home. I was definitely not going to go back so instead I sought help thru the app (which makes you jump through hoops) to request a refund. It took a day for someone to get back to me and when they did, they asked for some basic details including time/date and a picture of the receipt. I provided that information and then another day later, I was contacted again and told to seek a refund from the store. Are you kidding me? It’s $4.89 that I don’t care about but instead of just issuing a refund or credit to my account, they want me to do the leg work for money they essentially stole. I really don’t know what happened to customer service these days but big compile McDonalds should be better. What’s worse is that this particular location has messed up my orders several times before but I was always just too lazy to do anything about it because the app/customer service makes it almost impossible to do. This time, I was just fed up. Now I have to drive an extra 5 miles to another...
