Everyone always tells me how good their food is so I've been wanting to try it. I guess I'll never know. I went in to order a pizza sub and the lady appeared to be the only one working and fairly busy. When she was finally able to take my order I told her that I would be across the street at the laundromat and I could come back whenever. I wasn't in any kind of a rush. She said ok, give me about 15 minutes. No problem. I came back about 15 minutes later and she looks at me and then at the guy she was helping and says "oh I forgot to make his pizza sub." I'm thinking "ok no big deal. I can come back" but now she's yelling and throwing her hands up in the air "I DON'T KNOW WHY EVERYONE HAS TO TAKE THEIR LUNCH AT THE SAME TIME! I CAN'T TAKE THEM ALL AT ONCE! THEY NEED TO COME ONE AT A TIME!"
First of all, it's not my fault that you're understaffed and can't seem to handle a small lunch rush.
Second, all you had to do was say "Hey, I completely forgot about it" or "I got busy. Can you come back?" I would've been completely fine with that. As I said, I wasn't in a hurry. I wasn't looking for an apology or a discount or free food (like I know a lot of people are with even the slightest mess up.) I knew I was going to be at the laundromat for a while but no. You had to go all psycho on me and everyone else in the store like we were a**les for wanting to give you our business and we were putting you out by asking you to do your job.
Last, you can tell by the lack of response to the complaints and even the praises here that they seriously couldn't care less. I guess they have plenty of customers and don't need any more. Well that's fine because there are plenty of restaurants in Jackson with good food and much better customer service that do want more business. I've received better customer service at the crappiest McNastys and I hate their food and service but given the choice between the 2, I would gladly...
Read moreSo today is 9/5/25.. About 5:30 p.m. I stopped into the store on Michigan avenue.. I wanted an Andy's Pizza. But unfortunately the store that I used to go to in Michigan Center..( 45 years of faithful dining) They burn their pizzas now.. So I walked in to the Michigan avenue store, Can I ask you a simple question.. CAN YOU MAKE A PIZZA WITHOUT BURNING IT, AN I EXPLAINED THAT MICHIGAN CENTER BURNS THEIR PIZZAS. The man that was working at the counter looked at me cross-eyed , I don't make the pizzas you'll have to ask her. Now there was 2 women making pizzas.. Neither one of them could answer my question but they sure did have a cocky answer.. AND I EXPLAINED TO THEM IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS IF THEY CAN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION I DON'T WANT THEM TOUCHING MY FOOD!!!! I don't know when these businesses started forgetting they need us more than we need them.. The arrogance that some of these businesses have.. They need to just close their doors their food is not that good!!!! The world will turn into solid ice before I ever spend money at Andy's...
Read morePizza arrived with an eyebrow hair. Cook shrugged his shoulders and he said he didn't see it, the waitress said it's there. Waitress didn't offer to replace, get something different, nothing! Got ready to pay, the cook was going to charge us full price. (we were paying for everything else, we should but not the hair surrounded by pizza) I made it very clear we were not paying for that pizza. He wanted to call the cops. Fine I'll go along with that then he said he'd let us pay for half of the pizza. Still not paying for a pizza with a hair and I didn't. Phil was the cook. He wanted my name and number, I gave him my name, address and phone. He said Nick would call on Monday. This happened on Saturday. Nick never called. The last 2 times we've been to Andy's the quality just isn't there. Their prices are high but I don't mind paying for quality. The quality is gone at Andy's. We won't be going back and been going there for...
