Big Chick has given me raw chicken for the last time!! The other 2 times I just let it go. But today was the last straw. We order Togo lunch at least two times a week. But they have gotten the last of my hard earn $$. I call to tell them my food was raw and was told to bring it back. Now mind you my time is just important as theirs. I went back and was met with an attitude right off the bat. She told me to open up the tray and show her where it was raw. I did with both plates. She then tells me that she will give me back the $$ for less of the food that I ordered cause it looks like some of its been ate. Some of one plate was ate but none of the other. No one knowingly eats raw food! Of course 1 had been eaten! She (the owners granddaughter) was very unprofessional. I will never spend another $$ at this place. She was a very Rude and nasty chick!! She’s going to run the business in the ground!!!Shame...

What a terrible place to eat! The customer service is beyond terrible. And on top of that, they served my office raw food and got upset when we returned the food with proof and asked for a refund! She, the owner's rude and nasty grand daughter, told us she would only refund for 3 of the chicken tenders instead of the full price. WTF??!! She stated because some of the other one was eaten. Well, duh!! HOW ELSE WOULD WE KNOW THE FOOD WAS RAW?! After speaking with her, a man came and made sure to tell us that, she was the owner's grand daughter! AND?! I hope the owners know that their grand daughter needs a review in freaking customer service! I have a good mind to call the health department! I wonder what would happen then! This place is amazing! I was born in Georgia but I grew up in Michigan but most of my family still lives in Georgia so whenever I'm down there this is always one of my first stops. The chicken is freaking amazing, if you're a Yankee or If you're from Dixie, you'll love big-chic. I recommend this place to people in Michigan who are driving down to Florida all the time. Everyone who has actually taken my advice and stopped there has said they loved it. Last time I was there, there were a few stray cats hanging around living under the building next door so I bought them a few pieces of chicken because they were so scrawny and they had kittens.
