Online order number 65 was placed at appox 6:15 pm on Wednesday February 26th for the Jackson, GA location. Email received at 6:17 pm advising order would be ready at 6:31. My husband went to pick it up at appox 6:30 pm and order wasn't ready until appox 7:00 pm. While waiting, my husband observed a female customer who inquired about her order saying she had to be somewhere. Waited a little more and asked for a refund. The girl at the counter said said the manager was in the back and would be out in a few minutes. The customer waited again and finally had to leave without her order or refund! Drove home the 12 minutes it takes and the pizza was STONE COLD! We put them in the oven to try and heat them up but even though they were hot, the were really undercooked. I called the store and spoke to an extremely rude young lady. I explained what happened and that I wanted to speak to the manager. I then hear her tell someone, i assume was the manager, that there was some mad lady on the phone cursing her out and yelling. I had told her I wanted a refund and when she told the other person that, they said she can get a credit but that "we don't do refunds". I'll admit that at that point I began to raise my voice and demanded a refund and that my husband would be there shortly. He boxed everything up and went to the restaurant. A young lady opened the boxes and refused the refund because she said they don't give refunds when the pizza has been eaten. I took one bite and my husband took 3-4 bites and the cookie was untouched, that was all. My husband did get mad and put his hand on the counter demanding a refund. The "manager " then had to call someone to even be able to do the refund! Not once did anyone apologize or anything! My husband got the refund and left. I asked first their names several times because I knew I would want them for this survey and they refused. The girl on the phone said it was against policy to give her own name and when I asked the managers name, she said it wasn't her place to give it out.
We have lived in Butts County for over 24 years and have never had an issue like this!

Read moreI was so looking forward to our visit. I had been sick and was finally feeling better and wanted pizza. So, we went to eat. There were flies at our table, but it is summer in Ga and that is bound to happen from time to time. Our server was very friendly and attentive. But, then the food came out. We ordered cheese sticks. They were way over cooked. Even the server noticed it. So, she took them back and had the kitchen remake them. The next batch wasn't much better as this time there wasn't a whole lot of cheese on them. In the past, anytime I've ordered cheese sticks they've been nice and white with cheese and the cheese strings as you separate the bread sticks. Not this time. Too brown still and not much cheese at all. But, we just kept them. Then the pizza arrived. It was raw dough. We pointed it out to our server. She went and told the shift manager and we could hear him being rude to her about it. The store manager then came to our table. She insisted on fixing the problem. Then she even removed the pizza from our bill. She remade our pizza personally. She said she has just recently taken over the store and is working hard to get it to where it needs to be. She asked that we give them another try in the future. So, we probably will return and give them...
Read moreThe last 4 times ordering Pizza Hut in Jackson, Ga have caused nothing but disappointments. The first 2 times were delivery, took forever for them to arrive. Food wasn’t that good. The time after was carry out (because we didn’t want to wait 2 hours for delivery) I was told it’d be ready within 30 mins. I get there about 30 mins later, I was told they were still working on it, so I go to my car and the lady at the front advises she will bring it to my car .. 15 mins later nothing. I go in and see why it is taking so long.. they have it in the heater... Tonight, was the 4th & last time.. we ordered the pizza and breadsticks around 6. Said it would be about an hour in all, the driver did not arrive until 7:40 something. The did not take payment over the phone and they did not have change for $100. So my husband had to drive to the store, get change and pay for the food at the gas station because the driver followed him there. He was hungry. I was hungry. Our child was hungry. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh and the pizza was not even room temp once I took it out of the box to heat up in the oven. Oh and even better... the first 2 deliveries, the drivers smelled of marijuana....
