I just spent $130 on food. I went through drive thru to order. It took half an hour to give my order because the woman was making me wait while taking phone orders WHILE I was ordering.. Then she told me 35 minutes, after I paid. I waited nearly an hour in the parking lot. I asked her at the car if they made sure I had everything. She said yes. When I got home, I noticed that my sweet and sour shrimp was missing. I had sauce, but no shrimp. I called, and the same woman told me that I had ordered chicken, not shrimp. I told her that there was no sweet and sour anything in my box. She proceeded to tell me that she was the one who packed it and she knew it was in there. I usually do t give reviews but this time I can’t sit back and say nothing!! I have ate here in the past many times and it has always been great one of my favorites but last Saturday night we order take out and it was horrible!! The Mongolian beef was nothing but white and green onions with six small pieces of meat and was like soup, the beef did not taste like beef nor did it have the consistency or texture of beef. Our fried rice with our meal was just old rice swimming in soy sauce and my sons chicken fried rice well I don’t know what was in it the little meat that was in it had a clear or transparent look to it and did not taste like chicken, the next morning both of us was extremely sick . Like I said I don’t usually write reviews but this is crazy , something needs to be done about this place before something really bad happens...

Should have listened to all the terrible reviews. Decided to give it a shot anyways. Waited over thirty minutes in a drive thru line to pick up a call ahead order, and then got home to find the food wasn’t even remotely what we ordered. It wasn’t anything that we would consider eating, and not nearly as much food as we actually ordered. Wasted all that time and gas, and still have three hungry kids with nothing to eat. Had to go all the way back down there to get the correct food, and no attempt was made by staff or management to correct the issue. Customer service is terribly lacking, and the food is nothing to write home about. Basically, if you want what you ordered, go to the place across the street instead.
