Matt please train your personnel properly. I've been to several of your locations in this one takes the cake. You have a very tall gentleman that works here who does not even know how to speak to a person Politely. The staff here did not know what white sugar in a sugar dispenser even means. They tried to tell me that I could not have anything but a pocket of sugar or some disgusting syrup. I kindly let them know I've been to hundreds of big bees from here to Florida Never have I ever ran into a big beast that does not have a very large container of sugar. I don't like to be treated acoustically because I ask for a special request of regular plain white sugar the staff should be knowledgeable about the items they have in their store and they should be very considerative and friendly if a customer is kindly asking for a different product and if they think that they don't have perhaps they should ask their staff members that are senior. Read moreAbsolutely horrid service. The assistant manager took our order, and got "confused" when ringing it up and charged the drinks to the incorrect order. One order was supposed to be a large coffee and the second was 3 hot chocolates; but in her confusion she charged one large coffee and one hot chocolate. When we asked what we got charged for, she said "one coffee and one hot chocolate. I guess you can split it between the kids if you want" . Instead of offering to correct the order, she continued to say "well, I got confused". I placed a follow up order for 2 more hot chocolates for the kids, and after waiting for 10 minutes, with no orders in front of ours, the same girl that took my order says "what are you waiting on?". At this point I'm very frustrated and I asked the assistant manager if there was a supervisor over her that I could talk to about the poor service. Her response was to walk away from me. This is probably one of the worst locations in Jackson. I order the same thing every time i come through and my drink is made differently every time. it is either not blended all the way through and there are ice chunks all through out my frozen drink, the tonic is forgotten and my drink separates and tastes absolutely terrible, or there is very little to no flavor in my drink when i ask for extra flavor every time. If the owners of this location actually read their reviews, then you need to go over PERC with all of your employees to ensure that they are not constantly messing up drinks all of the time. as someone who has done this job at now 3 different locations, it is not that hard to ensure that the drinks are made properly every time. i should not have to come home after spending almost $9 on a drink, and fix it, yet everytime i come to this location that’s exactly what i have to do. do better, your drinks are far too expensive for them to be messed...
