Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Jackson

This was a really poor quality restaurant experience. We walked in and there was no real organization of what was going on. A lot of dirty tables visible. We were a party of five and another group about six or so came in behind us. We all stood there for a good 7-10 minutes before we were spoken to. Suddenly there's someone taking everyone's temperature but not communicating that this was happening so I almost got hit in the face because we are all scrunched in the entry area trying to social distance with no space to do so. We continue to wait and no one says anything to us. Not have you been helped, we will be right with you, I apologize for the wait, not a word. They ignored us to the point where we were joking that they were waiting us out, hoping we'd leave. A woman came out and started bussing tables but was sitting down at the table while doing so at an extremely slow pace. In her defense, she seemed to be the only one in the restaurant doing anything (same one who almost took me out with the thermometer), so she might have been pretty tired. However, this is pretty poor work etiquette. 🤷 We were all seated maybe 30 minutes after we arrived. Last call was called while we were waiting to be seated, so my husband and another member of our party went to the bar to get their drinks while they still could. The waitress did apologize once we were seated while half wearing her mask. 😬 Extremely slow service.... We were unsure where any of the staff was for a while. When our food came out, it was one plate at a time. My husband and I ordered 15 wings 8 with sauce, 7 naked. We ended up with a jumbled mess of 24 wings. Can we have extra sauce and the dipping sauces? Sure! Then she's gone for ages. The waitress told us we wouldn't be charged for the extra wings and we weren't. But then my daughter is sitting there for at least 10 minutes without food and we had to remind the waitress that she was still waiting for food. So then that order was taken off the bill, which was fine. But can we just have the orders come out together and correctly prepared instead? That would be more appreciated. Prompt service would be a great improvement too. Especially if you hired a staff that could help the business run...

went here a while back and the service was a joke. As a server I am very patient and polite. The establishment wasn't terribly busy. It took a while for our server to initially greet us and give us our drinks, and she was very polite. We ordered our food and she told us that our food may come out one by one, which we didn't necessarily mind, however, our appetizer came out with a meal and no one else had their food. Drink refills took 15 minutes (I actually counted at one point with an empty glass). Our waitress would not be anywhere in sight to flag down, or if she was she would speed right past us without looking. Both of my friends ordered wings and there was a hair fried into them (possibly from a bristle on a brush used to batter them?). One of the wing baskets barely had any sauce. We had to wave down our server to get her to stop to fix it. When my burger came out I waited 10 minutes before I could even ask for keychup to go on the burger and fries, and that didn't come until the end of the meal. At some point I just decided to eat the burger that had gotten cold because nothing was ever brought to the table. Our server never actually checked on us. Most of what we could actually get we had to wave someone down for. It was so ridiculous that we turned it into a joke. Luckily, my friends had their wings taken off but I received no discount for waiting 15 minutes for each refill and at least 20+ minutes on ketchup. I know there's a pandemic going on but I still was astonished at how bad the service could get. Reading other people's reviews, I see they are experiencing similar issues. I will definitely not be back at this...

So we get here and we’re seated in the patio area. 10 minutes later, no one has checked on us. And same guy that seated us walked by us a couple times then on the third time he asks if anyone has been with us and i said no and then he asked if we had moved from inside to when he was the one that seated us out here! So he gets our drink order 10 minutes later we get our WATERS. He asked for our order without writing it down. So i had to repeat my order 3 times and he calls it back to me before walking off. So fast forward another 20 minutes and a different guy brings our food but it wasn’t our food. We still haven’t even gotten our appetizer (chili queso) so 5 mins later, we get our food and I’m like where is our appetizer and he proceeds to laugh and tell me we haven’t gotten it because he didn’t ring it in. WOW. Had to ask for ranch and silverware twice. Finally we get everything and then don’t see our waiter for the rest of the time we eat. We were given one napkin. We couldn’t find the guy to ask him for more and we needed refills. We just continued to eat and then we were done. Still no sight of our waiter. Our drinks have been empty for 20 minutes. A table with a man and his son sat at a table beside us and they have also say here for 20 minutes, no drinks or anything. They don’t seem to be busy at all. This is ridiculous and I’ve never had service this bad anywhere!!! I’m a server, and it kills me when people don’t tip their server and this guy is getting NO tip. He doesn’t deserve one nor does he deserve his job. And he looks like...
