Food was good could have been better! Took my nephew because he was awarded a free kid meal at his school for his kindness. We arrive there not sure what the lady’s name is but my ticket said Rhonda. Seemed to be a manager or something. She had a blunt attitude and quite nasty somewhat not sure if it was because of my ethnicity but I asked her if we could keep the certificate that they gave my nephew and she answered “no we have to turn it in”’, okay I respect that but the way it was said honestly It makes me not want to go back! I believe every store/ restaurant first priority is to make a customer Welcomed and not neglected! Corporate need to fix that. The other cashier was vary nice to the other incoming customers even asked if we wanted to order I replied nicely that somebody had already token our order and thanked her for ask, but yeah that’s my review. Read moreI have had the worst experience at this location. My husband and I frequent Panera all over the country. It was freezing in the dining area . Customers were going outside to get jackets. Then we order and my salad did not have chicken on it they told me to throw it away and they would just fix a new one. What a waste ..... The staff was very rude. My husband had broccoli soup and it was very runny and cold. I also had french onion so and it was so cold that cheese wouldn't melt. I am so disappointed. This is one of our go to places for a good meal that is good for us and now we leave hungry...... Other customers were complaining to each other in the dining room. Read moreThis location is awful. I ordered through the Panera Bread app delivery for a friend out of state. I didn’t choose what location the order would come from, the app did. When I had no order updates an hour after my order should’ve been delivered, I called the number on my confirmation email which led me to this location. Everyone on the phone kept saying “we don’t deliver, we only do door dash.” Then how is your location connected to your own app? The manager told me “oh, door dash must not have been notified or something.” Obviously door dash isn’t going to know who makes an order through the Panera app. Somebody needs to fix this issue because all I did was order and Panera selected your location. I didn’t get any solutions from this phone call and now I’m out a $5 coupon and $12 meal. Wish there was an option...
