Wait time 1.5 hr. Food wait time 1 hr. Steak came well rather than med. Steak and potato on warm/cool side. To hungry not to eat.....steak did have good tenderness and taste.... We work hard for our money considered this a huge treat. Disappointed. Music Soo loud hard to have a conversation.

Once again potato hot steak needed to be recooked came wrong and Luke warm. Mgr. Was rude. Steak came out 15 min later again Luke warm. Mgr put on table turned and walked away. Already completed meal. Again paid full price for a partial meal....

5-22-22 With this past Friday night and it was amazing. Went tonight and it was abysmal failure from the salad being discolored stalky limp to the food coming and hour and a half after that appetizer was wrong. Food came out wrong. Late cold the drink came out... Part of the meal was missing. The kids, cheese, mac and cheese thing was cold. Had to be remade when they remade the steak. They couldn't even communicate what was wrong with the first one.
Two and a half hours later we leave. I got to go home and make something to eat

Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. I love Texas Roadhouse and normally my experience here is fantastic, but this time was just awful. Our server very clearly didn't want to be there and it was obvious from the beginning. She didn't bring any rolls to the table so after a while I asked if she could bring us some and the response we got was "they're over there fighting for the rolls and I'm not about to fight for them, I'll get you some when I can" which, first of all, is extremely unprofessional on her part but also shows that either A) the restaurant is being poorly managed or B) she's very lazy. After about an hour of waiting we received our order, but by that point our food was cold, so it had sat on the shelf without our waitress bringing it to us. However, we couldn't even eat much of our meal because our drinks had run out and our server was very clearly avoiding us by this point. She came back and I asked if they had resolved the roll issue yet, as I was going to order a dozen to go, but she once again had an attitude about it and said that no they hadn't and "what was [she] supposed to do, go back there and make them herself?" To which she started ranting about how she "makes $2/hr" and how they were having "the servers mix the salads" (which I'm fairly certain violates certain food safety rules). So we grabbed our to go food and left without any refills, with cold food, and no rolls.
While we were sitting there we watched numerous tables come in and get sat down, get rolls, and refills, get their food quicker, eat and pay and leave all BEFORE we got our food. While I'm sure this is partially due to horrible restaurant management, our server very clearly made this entire situation far worse. I will be contacting support right after finishing this review.
UPDATE: I received a call from the service manager and it became pretty clear that the server was the one at fault. They apologized, gave me a $50 credit and said they would address the issue. While all of that is good, this was the first time in about half a year that my wife and I got to go out without the kids. No amount of money or apology will make up for that, but it...
Read moreI used the app to get on the waiting list over an hour before we arrived. When we got inside we were seated immediately. Our waitress Kierstyn was amazing, She went above and beyond due to the restaurant lacking lots of food supply!! A waitress shouldn't have to apologize 1000 times for something she can't control but she did. We told her it wasn't her fault that someone in management should be apologizing to the entire restaurant.
The rolls weren't ready so we had to wait a while before we received them. We placed our order then our waitress came back a few minutes later to let us know they were out of all salads, mashed potatoes, both types of baked potatoes, corn, & green beans. Basically, all that was left was the nasty stuff no one wanted to order. Our cactus blossom was great as well as the rolls when we received them.
When we got our meals, these steak fries looked like they had been cooked twice (really dark brown) and left to sit. They were soggy and nasty. The chicken strips were overcooked, small, and way too crunchy. The only thing good was my husband's New York strip steak.
Someone from management came to our table and went to a lot of others to apologize for being out of everything. He said their truck got there late. Whoever does their truck orders should have ordered extra preparing themselves for a busy weekend. Most restaurants get truck deliveries 2-4 times a week depending on how busy they normally are. Someone was lacking big time on the truck orders. There were so many people complaining due to the lack of food. The couple behind us got their appetizer and drinks comped because they had already been waiting an hour and a half on their steaks and didn't want to wait anymore, but who can blame them?
This was a horrible experience. I will not be back there anytime soon if ever. And if I do I will go to another location and pray their service isn't like Jackson's was Saturday night (6/15).
