Brandice Jenkins gets a 5 star review! I just left Chipotle with my order… and Brandice Jenkins is running the show. The girl in the drive thru window was working hard I could tell, and there was someone cooking in the back. But I must say, there were two gentleman standing at the cash register doing NOTHING. Not a thing. I came in, there was no line. Brandice was rushing to make a bowl for a customer, and get everything on the line restocked. When it was my turn, she politely asked me to wait a moment as she needed to run to restock more items on the line. I was more than happy to. As she scrambled to get everything ready, two more customers walked in and lined up as it is now dinner time. We stood there for 10ish minutes (give or take) while Brandice ran around to grab what she needed to properly stock. There were two gentleman at the cash register who did not move and stood with blank stares. They watched the line pile up and did not ask how they could help her or any other employee, did not grab anything, didn’t stock anything, and did not greet customers. There was a mess all behind the counter where you could tell the few employees trying to work the dinner rush were grabbing things and running around. I used to work in food service and have to say, these two gentleman are not team players. If one person must stay at the cash register (even while no customers are even close to ready to be checked out), the other can stock. The other can help. The other can refill something or put something away or greet customers. Even as the restaurant got busy, Brandice restocked the way she should with proper protocol. She even noticed something that I would not have, that the big spoon she needed to serve the rice with was not fully clean. She grabbed three different spoons before she found one up to standard. I would not have noticed this, but she is working with integrity. Kudos to Brandice for working hard with no help. I was incredibly frustrated watching this young lady scramble to work quickly as this large and tall man at the register stared blankly at me the entire time. Did not greet me, did not help her, did not even seem to have a sense or urgency or care as to whether anyone needed help. And the person at the register (who might have been training him?) did not help, nor ask the trainee to help. They were checked out. It’s like they would do the bare minimum of their job description that night (register) and nothing else, and no one wants to work with others who are like that! Be team players!!! Brandice, drive thru girl, and cook get 5 stars, and those other two guys need to get...
Read moreI, have had my fair share of dining experiences, and recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Chipotle Mexican Grill. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat, and I am excited to share my delightful encounter with the exceptional server who elevated my experience.
Upon entering Chipotle, I was greeted by Kwavane Harris, a server who truly embodies the epitome of excellent customer service. Her warm smile and welcoming demeanor instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. Kwavane's energy was contagious, and her friendliness and kindness shone through every interaction, making my visit truly memorable.
Not only was Kwavane attentive and helpful in guiding me through the menu options, but she also demonstrated a genuine passion for her work. Her enthusiasm was evident in her in-depth knowledge of the dishes, as she expertly recommended items based on my preferences. Her attentiveness and ability to anticipate my needs throughout the meal made my dining experience seamless and enjoyable.
Kwavane's excellent service went beyond just taking orders and delivering food. She engaged in light-hearted conversation, making me feel like a valued guest and not just another customer. This personal touch added an extra layer of warmth and hospitality, which is often lacking in today's fast-paced dining scene.
In conclusion, my visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill was made truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Kwavane Harris. Her dedication to providing a memorable and enjoyable experience for her guests is truly commendable and sets a high standard for others in the industry. I would highly recommend Chipotle Mexican Grill to anyone seeking a delicious meal, accompanied by top-notch service. Kudos to Kwavane and the entire team for their commitment...
Read moreI like the new building and the option for Sprite in a glass bottle. Nothing else was anything near what we had been told. We arrived and went inside. All the employees sort of stood behind the farthest away counter, so we assumed that was the spot to order. I stated we had never been there before and asked how it worked. The employee stood perfectly still. I stated again that we were new and asked what we needed to do? I had no idea at all about this place, only that several people had praised and talked about it. After the employee looked around and pointed up towards the menu, which was of little help. We decided to cross our fingers and hope for the best. The menu is as primitive as possible, as if the owner had been charged per letter when ordering the sign and went as cheap as possible. I know nothing of most foods from here or abroad. So after finding out thru our own conversation and some google searches that we needed to decide on our meat choice, then type of rice, and lastly, how we wanted it to be packaged. Burrito, taco or bowl, etc. The aggravation of the employees made us rush, but we were the only customers there. Anyways, we ordered our best guesses, and we headed to the register. We were asked if that's all we wanted. I asked what else they had, and i received no response again. I was never told i had a choice of drinks, fountain, or glass bottle. The bottles were in front of us, so we grabbed one. We paid and handed our bags. We eventually found the napkins and forks. We ate in the car because we were more comfortable there. We won't try it again, ever. It was extremely uncomfortable and the food was not...
