Awful experience. The employees here are super rude. I drove up for a carryout pickup, arriving 20 minutes after placing my order. I'm in my car waiting behind a couple other cars and after waiting there for about 8 minutes I think maybe I should just go inside the place and pick up my pizza because I know it's done and paid for, I figured the people in front of me were just waiting for theirs to find Ish cooking. So I pull my car out of the line drive around to the front, I am about to get out of the car when I look up and and a very angry looking employee at the counter is making steering wheel gestures at me then pointing toward the drive through entrance. Obviously they closed the inside pickup, so I get back in my car and go back into the drive through line, now 3 cars further back then before (sure my fault). So I'm in the drive through lane and can't go any where and an employee delivery car come up right behind mine and sits there blowing the horn.... I wasn't even outside of the drive through lane or anything and on top of that it's not like I could move my car forward or backwards anywhere. So finally the ridiculous employee parks and I make my way up closer to the window 15 minutes later... an employee comes out the side of the building and walks to my window to get my order details, he leaves then comes back a few minutes later and says he can't find my order... eventually I get to the window about another 10 minutes later and they have my order. Apparently they just gave my order to someone else and had to remake it because before I ever talked to an employee when I was waiting in the drive through line I checked the status meter of my order online and it said your has been picked up... So bottom line is I would recommend you never order pizza here to begin with, if however you decide to do so, don't pay in advance because that's the only thing that kept me from just driving off from that ridiculous place without picking...
Read moreI still don't understand how this domino's pizza is still in business at this point. This location has the most unprofessional and carelessly disrespectful ! The website claims that they deliver but everytime I order delivery my order gets cancelled, I'm less than 7 mins from the location! Everytime I get a call from a worker saying they only have one delivery driver can I come pick up my order or they'll cancel it , or they don't come out for delivery after 3pm , just a list of excuses to not do their jobs. Honestly even if I had a car I wouldn't go pick my orders up because the store Manager's customer service skill increase conflict instead of resolving the problem . I consider this false advertising at its finest because clearly you advertising delivery but all my attempts to order delivery have been unsuccessful and cancelled with an excuse. One of my orders was never refunded, I assume because I told the employee "I don't have a car so no I can't come pick my order up or I wouldn't have ordered delivery, listen I'm frustrated and tryna feed my kids just deliver my food like it say yal do !" With no success from respectfully ranting she said "I'm sorry Im goin to have to cancel the order ",and upset I said "thanks for nothing." Moral of it don't waste your time ordering delivery because they will cancel the order consistently, everytime!!!! Steal your money from your order probably because they stealing from the registrar so they need extra money to make it add up,and know I can't come into the location because I have no car which is why I googled delivery near me !!! Read moreI wouldn't recommend ordering from this location or having to deal with it's employees. The food was mediocre at best and their order accuracy and customer service is apparently none. I ordered online the other day and the delivery driver forgot my dipping sauces, not the end of the world. I really didn't want him to come back out again over two dipping cups but I also didn't expect to still have to pay for them. So I went online and sent a little note saying I hadn't received them and requested a refund. The GM called me two days later and left a nice message but I was at work so had to call back. When I did I was met with a rude, hostile, and generally unprofessional female asst manager whose name I didn't catch. She was uninterested in the issue and/or correcting it and stated "they only wanted to know what happened". She essentially told me it was my fault they left them out and that nothing was done or could be done because I didn't call back in 24 hours (even though my email was sent less than an hour after arrival) and that they were unable to offer a refund. Her overall attitude not only towards me but towards the situation was not one I would expect from a "manager" and makes the whole establishment seem like that of low class place.
