Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Jackson

We won't be back.

This was disappointing, as there are too many restaurants that VALUE their customers and provide good value for our hard earned money.

Jason's Deli used to be a "go to" sandwich shop with decent prices - - and the time tested, fairly priced "ONE TRIP" through the salad bar.

What happened to the One Trip? That's now GONE..... and so are we.

It doesn't make sense to remove this option and only keep the Full Salad bar at $$$$!.... even adding a 'side salad' to a sandwich is $$$....

Seriously?

The restaurant was busy-ish for lunch, but there didn't seem to be enough staff to keep everything running smoothly and stocked?

While I understand that 'costs' have increased, but this removes Jason's Deli from our places to go to for lunch (AND dinner!) ~$$$ for a sandwich + drink + side + tax .....! Yeouch! Nope. Just NOPE!

Prices have risen above the value of the meal received.

Too bad.

One additional thing. WHY is the ice cream machine broken? It's usually the bright spot at the end of the meal. That's broken too often.

Ugh

Get it right! Bring back the One Trip through the salad bar (at the old price). Reconsider your pricing structure!

Maybe your business doesn't depend on providing good value to...

We went for dinner one evening and arrived about 45min before closing time. My husband and I got our food to go and we wanted to let the kids eat real quick so we would be able to leave and the staff could close up and get home to their families. We were out of there by closing time. There was a certain individual that seemed very irritated by our very presence. If we had any questions, they would roll their eyes and sigh loudly like it was taking everything they had just to answer, or not answer because"I don't know" was the go to response. It honestly felt like, they didn't care as long as we hurried up and got out of there. Maybe this person was having a bad day who knows but they didn't have to have such a poor attitude even if they didn't know much about the certain items in question. The lady that was cleaning up, however, was so nice and even took a minute to help the kids with their ice cream and made small talk with them making them smile. We will go back I just hope said person with poor attitude can at least pretend to be somewhat OK with...

This is my 4 time time stopping at this location. I don't think I will be back. We came in only one couple was there. I few others came in. I want to say there were workers. It was a gentleman and your lady. I did not see him wash his hands. He came in fixing food for customers. The young lady was back and forth from the front to the back with shorts and sandals on. She was standing over the food showing other workers what was on her phone. A few minutes later a guy brought in a snake. The young lady went to the front and picked up the snake. I'm sorry but I felt it was not right to bring a snake in a restaurant business where others are eating. It was 2 other ladies sitting in the front area and they left as we were leaving. Thank you but...
