Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Jackson

I had tried this location before, many moons ago. I would have rather left it that way but I ordered online from the parking lot. I waited around 10 min and headed inside. There were no outside lights and it was pretty dark in the parking lot. Not a great think for an open business. Anyhow, I went inside and the employee working hollered something at me I couldn't make out. I didn't see him either so I stood and waited till a person appeared from behind the counter. He thought I was someone else I think is what he said, not 100% sure on that one. He said my order was coming out if the oven, I never told him my name but I was happy. About 10 min went by and the employee appeared again. He was telling me to pay for my order however the 1 box in his hand could not be my 2 box order. I informed him I had paid online when I ordered. He paused for a sec and mumbled, "online order". I smelled smoke but remained perfectly steel. I did not want to short-circuit the guy. He finally stated he had just put the order in the oven, I'm at 20-25 min invested now. It would be 1 customer, 1 other employee that had plenty to tell and another 15 min before I would see my order. I was ready to go at this point. I got my food and left. Walked across the pitch black parking lot and sat down in my car. I never leave without checking my food. I ordered a pizza, Buffalo popcorn chicken deep dish and a Brownie pizza thingy. The pizza was made correctly, hot and looked tasty. The Brownie was somehow looking right but cold to the touch, I took a bite and it was not finished I believe. It was fire tho so I'm good with that. I got home and took a big bite of that pizza that I directly ordered without red onions. It had a few pieces of several different ingredients on each piece. First time having Jet's Pizza. Great pizza! I definitely see more Jet's Pizza in the near future. As a business owner with extremely high customer service standards and expectations, I sat inside while waiting for my order to finish cooking just to see how they did things. Very clean place. That puts them ahead of most pizza places right off the bat. The owner was up front taking orders, speaking to customers he obviously knew, if not by name, by their "the usual" order. Impressive in a day when most owners just seek to get paid but not bothered. There was a very minor mistake in my order, that HE actually brought to MY attention, and it was already fixed. He could have gone on without telling me but that's not the way they do it. I could say more but you should be able to get the drift... So yeah, great pizza and excellent...

If I could give this location no stars I would this is the most disgusting place ever these people have nasty attitudes the do not take pride in serving their customers the manager Kayla is rude very rude and have very poor customer service the delivery driver did not get out and come to my door he saw me outside and just gave me the food without making sure I was the correct person then they want to take the wrong order back after its been sitting I said that's disgusting you all deliver the wrong order and wants to argue you with me about what I ordered then you want the food back after the driver took forever to get here it's going to take forever longer to get the wrong order back do not go here at all it's a better one on Cloe place this is not a place you want...
