LAST CALL Sports Grill — Restaurant in Jackson

Went super bowl night. I understand it was busy. Me and my party sat down . A whole hour and 30 minutes past by and no one came to my table that we paid 75.00 for.it was a booth directly beside us and I seen the waitress assist them at least 4 times and she still didn’t step over to our table. So I go tell her and she say I’ll come shortly. A whole 45 minutes pass and she still did not come. But she passed our table at least 6 times walking past with her head the other way. I didn’t get her name but she had blonde hair on top and a burnt orange on the bottom. I don’t know if she was over worked or not but that’s no way to treat paying customers.

So we had no choice to get up after almost 3 hours of watching people get service who had just sat down or been there.

Now the girl behind the bar was super great . She was very helpful. She made sure to get us our items and drinks…. Didn’t get her name.

Due to that nasty ugly attitude of that so called waitress I will never return. That was my 1st and my last time going to this place. People with that attitude she walked around with need to be in the back on fries not dealing...

I went n sat down the waitresses just looked at me so I had to tap one on d shoulder to ask for a menu she gave me one n kept going. So 10mins after that I had to get up to d window and ask d guy could I just order with him n he said yeah that's fine. The waitresses still just looked at me. So he took my order n den I sat back down. The manager I think name ro asked me did I need anything n I said naw im waiting on my nachos. He said ok you need anything else I said no I had to get up to place my order. No waitress never asked me anything. So he asked one girl n she lied n said I been ordering with d window guy earlier. That was a lie, that was my 1st time going up there cause I just had walked in. Word of advice treat everybody d same u never know who might bless u...#poor...

So, I'm sitting with 2 friends. We have an order of wings. Notice I said an order which is 1. All of us on our 1st piece and one of the people in my party bites into her piece and bites into some hair,all of her meat that is in her mouth fall's out of her mouth. So I went and talked to the lady that gave me my food and she never comes to the table. So I go tell 2 other ladies and they get a Manager to the table. He tells us we have already eaten the whole order. Really, it's 3 of us we know that but it's still hair in our food. I truly understand, but at the same time it still need to be corrected.I guess he had a change of heart he gave us 3 wings that was left and a half order of fries for the resolution to the problem. ...
