I did an online order today around 2:00 p.m. got to the drive-thru window and gave them my number. When asked if I had a mobile order. They no longer replied once I gave them the numbers. So I sat there and waited thinking maybe they were talking to someone at the window or got busy with something. At this point another person came on to the intercom and said if they could take my order. I replied that a female was helping me and he replied back "so you gonna to order or not?" I then repeated that I had an online order and he asked if I was Devon or Tara. I told him I was Tara and he told me just to pull forward. When I got to the next window he gestured to me with a hand motion to go forward. No receipt was offered. Not that I would honestly want one. But they are still required to offer. So anyway I get to the next one though where some middle-aged woman hands me a bag of food through the window. It was my food so I will give them that. I had ordered a frappe and she told me pull forward for that. I replied nicely and ask if she would also bring my son's drink out with the frappe or if I was getting it then. She asked me what the drink was because she was not aware apparently of the order in front of her on those screen. And then replied to me. "You're still going to have to pull forward and wait for your frappe regardless." (As of this, had anything to do with the medium Sprite) So anyway somewhere along the line I must have offended the staff because they had also taking it upon themselves to dump my fries into my bag and throw the empty box inside of the bag. And to squish my son's cheeseburger before placing it in the bag.
Hopefully the owner or upper management takes their reviews serious and looks for some new stuff. The behavior of the staff is unacceptable to say the least. But apparently it is allowed since I got this treatment from...
Read moreIf I could give them negative stars I would. I was treated with the utmost disrespect I have ever been treated with, and that was from two McDonalds employees. I have worked in the service and food industry for nearly seven years and I would NEVER dream of acorn the way both employees in the window acted, let alone expect to keep my job. I know first hand how crazy those environments can get and how rude customers can be. I had the number dialed and was about to call and speak to a manager but then had half the brain to remember that everyone is allowed to have a bad day. The girl in the first window was texting on her phone while I was sitting there watching her avoid taking my money and it took her about five minutes to realize I was sitting there waiting. Instead of opening the window back up to give me my receipt she mouthed the words “you’re good” and continued to text. I pulled up to the second window to grab my sweet tea and McChicken, one that I wanted to substitute bbq instead of mayo. The lady asked if I had the unsweetened tea, I politely corrected her and told her I had a sweet tea. She rolled her eyes and let out the biggest sigh I have ever heard come out of a human being and when I asked to double check the mcchicken didn’t have mayo on it she responded in the most sarcastic and rude way possible that since the ticket says “sub bbq, she would assume there’s no mayo”. I told her since I had ordered a sweet tea I would’ve assumed I got a sweet tea but here we are. At that point I turned into one of those not nice customers, but I wasn’t going to let her think that I would stand for being treated like that. I drove off and I will NEVER return to that McDonald’s. I am so upset with how I was treated that they have lost my...
Read moreWent through drive through with a large order. My husband has his card to the lady at the window and she runs it as she is asking if it's the right order. She only charged us $5 about $20 less than our order. He asked if she could just leave that as is as we had the same thing on our order. The manager (not sure, she was missing a front tooth) comes back being very rude and bobbing her head anytime my husband asked anything. We were both supervisors at a McDonald's in Kentucky. We know how to do refunds and how to change orders. After like 10 minutes of the manager going back and forth with another employee of not knowing how to refund it. My husband said "I can tell you an easier way to fix it." She said "No! I have to do it a certain way only!" and then huffed. So he just ask for his card back and she said "No you can't have it if you want a refund." The maintenance man came up hit 2 buttons and refunded the $5 transaction. I said "That's what we were going to tell you." She tried to run our order and I said we didn't want the food as she was too rude I'd rather go elsewhere. She was very rude so we decided to leave without food. As she handed us the card she said "I wasn't rude at all and now you can leave. NOW!"
I always give honest reviews as people deserve to know the truth. This lady was rude enough that I won't come back to this location. I hope she gets training on how to speak to people before she says something rude to the wrong person and ends up in a bad situation or fired for...
