McDonald's — Restaurant in Jackson

Stood at the counter for 20+ minutes with another random guy who seemed mentally challenged. There were 4 workers that I seen, all of them seen me. So I ordered at the kiosk but it made me pay at the counter, but of course no one came even after I said “excuse me” they looked at me and carried on. I used to work at McDonald’s, by the look of the 3 orders on their screen they should not have been so disgruntled to take my order. So while standing there being ignored along with the other customer, I decided to call the store and see if I could reach them that way, lol, even tho I was 20 feet away, but they ignored the phone, no surprise. Finally a young man got off of his break and came and cashed me out, he said they were understaffed, HA, I used to work at McDonald’s, and I worked all during the hype of Covid… you are not understaffed, you’re LAZY. Slowest workers I’ve ever seen. Just fyi I’m not an old Karen I’m in the same age group as all those workers that were there are, so hi, this is coming from your generation, do better! This is why old people talk bad about young kids these days, the exact reason. Whoever owns this McDonalds would be disgusted at these young peoples attitudes towards their customers. Maybe not all of their attitudes were bad, but the girl with the long long braids wearing her AirPods should be fired. The attitude she gave my little 14 year old sister was so uncalled for, rolling her eyes at her and standing there like she’s too good to work there/serve people. Like seriously what is wrong with you people? Zero work ethic. Left a long review because I had time while waiting for miss attitude to make my coffee. My friend and I went to McDonald's to get our kid's something quick for dinner. After ordering our first initial order, we used a coupon code. We then told the gentleman taking orders at the drive through that we had a separate order. A second later, a woman asks for our coupon code. My friend then tells her the code for her daughter's order. We get to the window and apparently the female cashier put the wrong code in for the wrong order. I guess the male cashier never communicated we asked for a separate order. Which wasn't even the problem! We tried to see if there was a way around the issue so that we didn't lose our discount. The manager was called to the window. She was very rude and unprofessional! First she literally starts fussing at us telling me that we were supposed to tell them it was a separate order. After trying to explain to her, that we did in fact request a separate order, she proceeds to slam the window shut and starts using profanity loudly and profusely. Insisting that we were liars over a $1.50 off a happy meal.... She was very rude, extremely ignorant and most importantly highly unprofessional. I have no idea how a woman of her character is left in charge of any place of business. Our underage children were present and they heard and witnessed every foul thing she said. The food here is subpar, fine when it's fresh but the service is the absolute WORST! Go...

I wouldn't even give them one star if that was an option!!! We went through drive through first they messed up our order twice my daughter has celiac disease so she has to be gluten free so I ordered a patty with cheese no bread. They handed us bread and cheese. She got a kids meal and her apple package was already open. I went inside to tell them that her order was wrong. Spoke to the manager her and the employee who served us through the window were both very rude and seemed to have an attitude I explained to the manager about celiac disease and told them she couldn't have gluten as it is very harmful to her body. They then handed me a cold patty. Which obviously came from the cheeseburger with bun that I returned to them. It was cold and not fresh at all I'm very irritated about this. The McDonald's in Jackson ga is the worst McDonald's ive ever been to. They always mess up orders they have terrible customer service they are the rudest people with the worst attitudes. And they don't even fully cook the food. The food is hardly ever fresh. I've made many complaints and nothing ever seems to be done so I will be contacting the better business bureau. The gluten they tried to serve my daughter could have made her very ill and I plainly told them and explained to them the circumstances and they still tried to give her a patty that had been contaminated...
