First off I will apologize for not having Photos, Pam and I were having such a great evening I did not even think of it.
We went to the Outback Steak house at about 3:30 PM on a Tuesday so they were not real busy. Our Server was Sydney which we joked with her about, We ordered Shrimp on the Barbie as an appetizer and a bottle of 14 Hands Wine. We were totally surprised when the Bartender who obliviously had fine dinning experience showed up at the table and presented the wine and opened it like a experienced Somalia Poured the wine for tasting and then served us both. WOW that was nice. His name is Andrew and checked in on us from time to time through out the meal.
Pam ordered the Filet and Lobster with a salad and a bake potato and I ordered the Aussie style Prime Rib with Wedge Salad and a loaded Potato. Everything arrived perfectly. First the Shrimp App and a bout 5 minutes after we were do with that the salads arrived. The Salads were cold and crisp the cherry tomatoes were cut in half and the dressings were on the side. About 10 minutes after we were done with the salads the entrees arrived. Oh an during that 10 minutes Andrew came by and refilled out wine glasses and we had light conversation which was perfect for the mood.
So Pam's Filet was wonderful and her lobster was perfectly cooked and served with drawn butter. both of our potatoes were wonderful and heavily salted on the skin. My Prime Rib was just a bit more than mid rare but still delicious Our food was hot and well plated and we were checked on by both Sydney and Andrew.
After our meal we ordered dessert Pam had her favorite Thunder Down Under and I had the Chocolate tower. Both were rich and decadent and we took more home than we could eat.
With the desert we asked for 2 glasses of Deseronto Pam's with 3 cubes of ice and Mine with 10 seconds in the microwave. It was the perfect ending to the evening. We spent amost 3 hours eatting and enjoying our meals and the atmosphere.
AS we left Andrew saw we were getting ready to leave and headed for the front door and held it for us and wished us...

After arriving for an early dinner today at 4:10, we were promptly seated without utensils. Occupancy was around 75%-85% with no wait. We were not greeted at the door as usual, and the hostess seemed very disinterested.
Our server introduced himself at 4:22, and took our drink and food order. We had bread by 4:30, and our waiter brought our waters about 5 minutes later. My wife’s salad was delivered, without any dressing, shortly afterwards. Our server finally came by for his 2nd visit at 4:40 and asked if we needed more bread, and we requested utensils and the missing salad dressing.
4:45 - I walked across the room to retrieve utensils from an empty table. 4:47 - Hostess arrives with requested utensils, which we didn’t need anymore. Asked about the salad dressing and she said she didn’t know who our server was. 5:00 - Our food arrives, cooked properly as ordered. 5:10 - Went to the bar to request salad dressing so my wife could eat her salad after finishing half her steak. 5:30 - Went to the bar for a water refill, should’ve gone earlier as her water was empty for 10 minutes. (No sight of our server since 4:40)
During our visit, the two other tables in our section had issues with incorrect orders. Our server appeared new, as there was very minimal communication or visibility. Still tipped 10%, because it’s management’s responsibility to ensure their servers are properly trained (I’ve been both server and manager at a local sushi establishment).
Considering the string of recent poor reviews, I’d strongly suggest management get a handle on this lack of training or coaching. Didn’t see one manager walk the floor to check on us, which is uncommon. No other wait staff or runners seemed interested in assisting either.
It honestly pains me to write a negative review, but I won’t call out any of the staff directly because it’s the owner’s and management’s responsibility to ensure that Outback’s customer experience is...
Read moreSept 2020..Our waitress was awesome. However when your gf orders a steak medium well and it comes out medium rare and you send it back and it comes back a few minutes later now medium you start to wonder if this steak house has any business being called a steakhouse! Seriously the steak was bloody each time. So we sent it back again. Now I am not sure how they recook steaks but it literally only took like one min to bring it out a third time. Yes it was still bloody in the middle! Needless to say she ate what she could. I had the drover ribs and chicken platter. It was very good. Maybe rename to Outback ribhouse or chickenhouse?!!!
Dec 22 2021. Waitress once again was great. Blooming onion was great. Salads were great. 3 steaks ordered. 1 over cooked. 2 under cooked. All three were burnt on the outside. Please see pics for two of the three steaks! Ordered ribeye medium well. Received medium rare. 2 8oz sirloins 1 medium rare. The other medium well. Both received burnt. Both were medium. We were seated at 5:32pm. Placed order at around 5:40. Received blooming onion in about 5 mins Received salads around 5:50. Received steaks and other sides at around 6:30. Sent all steaks back. About 10 mins later received steaks back. Ribeye was correct and 1 sirloin was correct. The medium well sirloin was medium rare. We spoke with the manager about how long it took and the issues with a stake house that can't properly cook a steak to order. The manager apologized and said she would re cook the sirloin again. Few minutes later the manager return with the same sirloin burnt and over cooked then left. We called the manager back and ask if she would eat this stake. She actually replied No and she admitted she doesn't like steak! We were shocked! I think that speaks for itself as to why we had poor food service. I realize restaurants are having worker shortages. However this...
