Slim Chickens — Restaurant in Jackson

I am done. I have had enough of this baboonery. I have multiple complaints about this restaurant and I am for sure never coming back to this pot establishment ever again. To start off I had to wait at least 20 minutes before receiving my food and when i did get my food they gave me 3 little tenders in each one of the meals. You wanna the worst part about this all. I was given a cherry coke. A CHERRY COKE!! I was shocked to drink my fun elixir of diet coke but i drank this toxic drink instead. Tears came down and I pummeled to my knees when i figured this monstrosity out. I had to go back. I went back and asked for my diet coke explaining the unfortunate series of events that have just occurred. I receive my fun elixar ready to sip it up but guess what happened. It wasn’t diet coke. At this point I was done. I was fed up. So you wanna know what i did. I walked into the establishment and poured it out. I then continued to fill my cup full of fun elixir and ready to sip it up. I’ve come out of this whole experience a new man. A changed man who committed a crime. So when i got my drink situation organized I sat down tarnished in my car ready to devour my meal. I got the chicken wrap and as i bit down the sauces squirted out of the wrap. Panicked I look for the napkins and you wanna know what happens next. There’s only 3 entire napkins between my family of 5. I had to go back in looking for napkins and any other necessities the untrained and seemingly “slow” staff didn’t give me. Coming out of this I’ve learned some things. I’ve come out of this a criminal. But was i really the criminal or was slim chickens the criminal. I guess we’ll never know. 1/5 stars...

Our visit to Slim Chickens in Jackson, TN was absolutely fantastic! It was our first time trying this restaurant, and we were blown away by the whole experience. The food was simply excellent, and the service was both speedy and friendly. Honestly, there was nothing I could find fault with—they really nailed it!

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The menu offered a variety of mouthwatering options, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The flavors were top-notch, and the quality of the ingredients shone through in every bite. Whether it was their signature chicken dishes, tasty sides, or delectable sauces, everything was simply delightful.

Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was exceptional as well. The staff at Slim Chickens were quick, attentive, and had smiles on their faces. They made our dining experience even more enjoyable, ensuring that we had everything we needed and going the extra mile to make us feel valued as customers.

It's rare to find a place where everything comes together so seamlessly, but Slim Chickens managed to achieve just that. From the scrumptious food to the friendly service, they left no room for disappointment. I can confidently say that I couldn't find a single thing to fault them on—it was an all-around fantastic experience.

They need to organize themselves better in the drive thru. They have two lanes but for some reason, the left lane gets so much longer than the right lane. The issue with that is that they take the orders of everyone in the left long lane but if any new cars arrive to the empty right lane they also take their orders and those cars get to the window quicker. There was at least 5 cars that ordered after me and got their food first. After a long wait, someone literally brought my order from inside and handed it to me because it was likely standing there for a while, I assume it was the manager because she asked for my name and came rushing from inside. When she handed me my food there was still at least 3 cars in front of me before I could get to the window, so I just left the line through a small space between cars. I wasn't the only one affected, many of us were waiting for at least 20 minutes. Sadly, it was my first time there and this experience was a true DISAPPOINTMENT. Although the food was very good, with neat presentation, for a $49 and cents ticket, I prefer my food hot. All of our four meals were cold and everyone knows you can't "fix" cold chewy fries even if you microwave them. Unless you skip the drive thru and go inside, it is not worth the wait and the cold food. I have included 2 pictures that show the left lane long full of cars and only one vehicle in the right lane.
