It's my wife's birthday and she decided she wanted fried mushrooms from rafferty's, so here we are. We were seated right away, place was almost empty. We ordered our mushroom appetizer and tea while looking at the menu. They had a special with 2 ribeye steaks, so we decided to go with that. We both ordered the "marinated" ribeye. After a few minutes they brought our appetizer. Mushrooms where nice and hot. A few short minutes later, here they come with our salad. We're sitting at what looks like a kids table, even though the place was pretty much empty, so we shuffled things around to make room. I noticed instantly my salad had the wrong dressing, but the server had dropped and ran... never said a word. I finally got another server's attention, who went and got our server. A good minute later, he finally came over. He apologized and took the salad. Several minutes later he returned with my salad and correct dressing. I noticed right off that they had simply moved my croissant from one salad to another, seeing how it was cold! I barely got my dressing on, which was only a spoon full or two, and took one bite when... here they come with our steak! Yes, we're still at the kids table and now crunching for even more space! It felt like we were being rushed!! And why... there wasn't ANYONE waiting to be seated AND the place is near empty! VERY unprofessional!! We were NOT here for "fast food", we were here for a birthday dinner! Wonder why the place was empty?? Apparently everyone else already knew what we now know for ourselves. The steak was ok, but nothing to brag about. Very poor cut of meat and dry. The marinade was ok, but again, nothing special. When our server finally came back, he asked how things were. I told him we were rushed and had no dressing for my salad and that I was not happy. He was like, oh i'm sorry... I could get more dressing. Wasn't the point dude!! My steak is getting cold trying to choke down a dry salad!! My wife asked for a manager. We told our story... he replied that it was "their system" to "move things along". He had some fake apology and offered to reduce the bill. The bill wasn't the problem!! The AWFUL service and being herded through like cattle was the problem!! I recommend Rafferty's but NOT this location and ONLY if you don't mind being treated like a bunch...
Read moreEdit it after June 30, 2024 review I have literally gave this restaurant multiple chances since last year until the day before yesterday as of yesterday I would never waste my money at this restaurant again the food don’t even have no type of seasoning no flavors. It’s like you pan to have somebody take your steak off the shelf and just cook it and then give it to you. I’m not even the type of person that even care about food flavor in that bad but they keep getting steaks that cost between 30 and $50 with no flavor when you pacifically have to hit a option for flavor. I’m done with this place and after going into this restaurant and looking at the Service and how the people at the establishment take care of business. Let me know. I’ve been wasting my money for too long too many people just working for a paycheck nowadays, nobody take pride and what they do this restaurant used to have some good food. I don’t know what has happened over the last few years, but I promise I will never waste my money again. I’ve literally gave them almost 5 more chances since last year and I can show receipts. I don’t even like to complain cause I don’t wanna sound like no caring but when you spend 40 $50 on a steak and I ain’t got no flavor oh yeah, this just let me know. Read moreI would love to be able to rate the food that I ordered but I never received it. I placed an order online from Rafferty's website and waited the alloted time for my food to be delivered before I called to asked about why my food hasn't been picked up based off of the tracking system from the Rafferty's website they informed me it was picked up by a 3rd party but I never received my food. So I called the 3rd party who told me that they had no control over the matter and that if they canceled the order I would likely be charged by Rafferty's anyway. At some point I had the manager of Rafferty's on the phone with the 3rd party and realized that even though there was a driver there at Rafferty's at that very moment trying to take care of me and get the store to remake the food I ordered so that I could be a satisfied customer it was clear this was not going to happen because the only thing the store was worried about is that they were out the food and possibly the money because the 3rd party driver picked up the food an probably enjoyed my steak, loaded baked potato, salad, and extra croissants. I hope whom ever did get this meal enjoyed it because I did not! I will never use this 3rd party again nor will I be able to find out how good this meal could have been because customer service was not a top...
