There's a young lady who works at this subway who's absolutely amazing. She goes out of her way to make all the regular customers happy by memorizing their sandwiches, she assists the elderly customers with helping them to their vehicles, and makes it a point to call everyone she knows by name. I don't know her name but I know she works evenings. .usually weeknights. It's employee's like her that totally work so much harder than what they are "considered worth" and they make so little pay. Had a very good experience at the West Avenue store on July 5, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. when we had to walk away from the airport Road store due to no service after being left for nine minutes and the employees at the West Avenue store greeted us immediately and felt badly because we hadn’t got good service at another location and they were so friendly and polite and apologized to us for the poor service coming from another subway and the sandwiches were awesome and we will be visiting the West Avenue store when we want a Subway sandwich we will be boycotting the...

I visited today with a friend. I told the young girl and guy at the counter I had an onion allergy. I noticed onion mixed in with the Spinach. She picked it out with her gloves and was going to make my sandwhich with the contaminated gloves. I then asked for her to replace the gloves with a fresh pair and then asked for them to grab some fresh spinach for me.
