DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My daughter took her phone to ATT and they recommended her take her phone to these people for a back of the phone replacement. We dropped the phone off at about noon and they said it would be ready within 2 hours. They made her shut off the location of the phone which she didnât want to do just in case they stole it. They didnât call or text so she showed up 2 hours later. They said they werenât finished but she heard them in the back starting her phone and then a commotion started. The guy came out from the back and said she needed to call the insurance company because her phone caught on fire!!!! One guy said he used a fire extinguisher the other guy said he used water to put out the fire. They told my daughter a piece of glass touched the battery and it started the fire. They didnât want to give her th her phone back and wanted her to stay another 2 hours âto make sure the fire did not start back upâ. She told them she had to go. They removed the battery And she took it back to att which they said they couldnât help her. The insurance (assurion) gave her a run around as well.    Read moreGoogle forced an update to the Pixel 6a that reduces the battery capacity and slows the charging so it doesn't overheat and burn people. They outsourced the recall/repairs to ubreakifix. I made an appointment at 7:38am for 4pm. I then drove 21 miles one way and arrived an hour early. The door has a note that said we're not taking anything else today. I told the rep I have an appointment at 4 but I want to drop it off early so it's here when you're ready for it. He said I can't fix it. I asked what he means. He said "the Pixel 6a, I can't fix it. I don't have a battery for it. Ever since Google made the update I'm getting calls every day, people coming in. I can put you on the list but there's over 50 people ahead of you so it will probably be about 5 months before you can get it fixed. I can only fix 2 at a time." He was fully aware of why I was coming and the fact that he didn't have what was required to fix it but didn't text or call and tell me until I was standing in the store.    Read moreTerrible service. I submitted a claim through Samsung, They received and checked my phone and it passed Samsung quality standards. I have a Samsung Fold 5 that needed screen repair. The technicians never gave me updates on my repair and half the time, they didn't answer the store phone. When I finally got an answer, they said my phone will not pass Samsung quality standards after they changed the screen out. They told me they would have to put my old screen back on and it cant be repaired. Then they said they may have had a bad part. All my phone needed was an internal screen replacement, mind u it passed inspection when I turned it in. I called Samsung and they told me to send it to them and they cancelled my claim with UBreakIFix. Now my phone is stuck with them until I can find a way to get my phone back.
