Whataburger — Restaurant in Jackson

Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere anywhere else. While the workers were nice this was the worst Whataburger I have ever been to. The dinning room was filthy with trash on the floor i should have left once i saw that but I was craving Whataburger after a 6 hour drive. Ordered a B&C and was then told they were out of spicy ketchup (one of the reasons i stopped) then I got a drink, there was no ice, no tea, and the water and sprite were yellow. So i did not drink anything i was ready to cut my losses and eat and leave ,my burger and fries came the fries were fine but i only had 2 bites of the burger the patty was so dry it was crumbling and even the excessive amount of mustard on the burger could save it. I left hungry and upset for the rest of my drive home. Even the Whataburger in Houston after Hurricane Harvey in 2017 did better while the city was flooded...

This was the nastiest fast food restaurant I have eaten at, nearly impossible to find a clean table, when we did find a “clean table” it had oily residue from the rag used to clean it. Waited about 30 minutes for food, which is a long time for a fast food joint. Upon receiving the 2 burgers, fries, and 2pc chicken strip meal, we found that even though the order was taken correctly at the register it was incorrect. Seeing as they were busy at the time we decided not to say anything about the incorrect order.
