If listening to staff say "I'm not going f#@&ing explaining myself to every idiot that can't read" is considered good customer service, then you should definitely go here. It's amazing by those standards. They apparently stopped taking orders at the counter inside and had customers using a kiosk instead. I missed a sign that apparently said they couldn't use a device because it's a boil water notice. I ordered food that apparently was taboo because of this, the cussing was my reward. I asked them to refund the item, they refunded the entire order meaning I would have to start over after waiting 15 to 20 minutes for my food, and while watching 3 employees literally doing nothing during lunch rush for that 15 to 20 minutes. I also had the pleasure of watching them mess up 4 different orders. They didn't give it drinks, didn't give out the chips with 2 meals, and left the cup of cheese out of 2 others. What's wrong with the management at this place? I get that the employees are apparently unmotivated and don't care, but management? Where were they? For the most part I stayed pleasant through it all, but it took a lot. This is my second or third review of this place since covid started. Save yourself some frustration and avoid it. Read moreBasically I just made my last trip to a Taco Bell in life. I wound up going through the drive-thru twice paying almost $20 for two meals to feel like I actually had something to eat. I'll never be back. Post-pandemic pricing. I'm not that stupid to think that all this crap has gone Sky High. I could have paid less money at Moe's Grill or somewhere like that and had so much more to eat and been satisfied. They give you a stale tortilla and then they only fill it a third of the way. They don't even fill it with lettuce to cover the fact that there's no meat. They don't give you much meat cheese or lettuce. It's only 30% full. I'll take my business elsewhere going forward or I will begin to eat at home or brown bag it. I am done with all of these fast food restaurants with workers who have a bad attitude. Read moreWent and got two powerbowls to eat at the location. Both mine, and my boyfriends, had very hard pieces of rice in them. I thought it was maybe just one bite, but it was in my entire bowl. The pieces were so hard I almost broke a tooth. Went up to ask them to please remake and felt attacked as every worker came up to tell us that that's "how the rice is". They said it's fried rice, it's suppose to be hard. And argued with us saying that the rice is already made and they couldn't help us unless we wanted no rice. Asked for our money back and the manager came up and asked what the problem was. We told her and she said nothing to us and then told me to write my number down on a receipt with a highlighter.
