Food and service here is TERRIBLE. Ordered a sirloin with all the sides exactly as it comes on the menu and on the commercials. I asked for it medium-rare. It is a simple meal that they claim is a classic in their restaurant. I received a burnt tiny steak with raw uncooked broccoli and a very small serving of unmashed very lumpy potatoes with no toppings. I hate complaining about the food but I was there with four other people and every single person had at least 1 thing wrong / missing from their order, so my boyfriend did speak up about my order, because I couldn’t bear to take more than one bite. Literally the potato was uncooked and that is clearly food poisoning.... so the waitress insisted that the mashed potatoes do not come fully loaded and then brought over the manager who insisted the food was good and made to order. Yes even the manager insisted the mashed potatoes do not come fully loaded. Every time I see a commercial for Chili’s I remember this silly restaurant and the manager who works there. I love Chili’s and have been a loyal customer for about 10 years. I used to live walking distance to the one in baymeadows and am not kidding when I say I used to go 3-5 times a week, every single week, for years. I still love Chili’s and I go to the one on Atlantic even though I live at the beach. You would think there would be better service at this Chili’s because of the location but I will never even try to speak to a waitress at this place because even though I didn’t want to complain about my terrible food, the whole lot of employees here ganged up against me to try to tell me I don’t know my Chili’s! I bet you I have been eating at this restaurant chain longer than those employees have been...
Read moreManager of store is lax in his supervision of the large parking lot hardly used at all connected to this restaurant in Marsh Landing Parkway. It is prime location being wasted by Chili's in Ponte Vedra Beach fl. Doe to the Mars lax supervision, vagrants use this prime location as a storage facility for their junk Instead of cars parked in the parking spaces, this morning a lawn mowing business had stored all their lawn mowing equipment and truck in three parking places on the waterfront so that customers of Chili had to park in less desirable locations. I have seen police cars come to that same parking space and run off vagrants who were using their cars as a motel and living there 24 hrs a day. I call the Mgr twice today to tell him about the free storage facility this lawn mowing owner was using the parking lots for and he said he was too bust to bother with it and got into me for bothering him about it. All it would have taken was 5 minutes of his time to walk back to these parking spaces and tell this woman owner to move her equipment from two parking spaces and truck from another one off the property and if he saw them their again hewould call police. But he didn't think it was as...
Read moreWe chose this location because of the supposed food quality, but after today, never again. My child ordered the kids mac and cheese with fries. It arrived cold, yet the bowl it was served in was warm, which clearly means the food had been sitting while the bowls were kept warm elsewhere. The fries were hard and stale.
The appetizers we ordered were extremely salty and tasted awful. We asked our server to take back the mac and cheese, and moments later we heard the microwave going off. Within a minute, the dish was returned piping hot, not because it was freshly made, but because it had been microwaved.
We spent $77 before tip for two appetizers, two kids meals, one adult meal, and two sodas. Honestly, it was a huge disappointment and wildly overpriced for such poor quality.
Our server eventually came by to ask if we needed anything wrapped or if we were ready to pay. We had already used the table POS system to pay, and only after that did she return. It was not even busy, so there is no excuse for serving cold food, let alone reheated food from a microwave to a child. We did not pay for leftovers warmed up in a microwave, we paid...
