Server disappeared once she greeted the table. It was my son's 16th birthday and it was horrible service. My tacos were runny like they didn't drain the chicken properly... Couldn't even pick them up without them falling apart. My son felt bad because of the garbage service and my food being sent back because he chose the restaurant which is UNACCEPTABLE! I will never go back here. What a let down. I must say that another gentleman (possibly manager, not sure) took over our table and compensated the bad tacos, making sure our needs were met. He really changed the mood at our table for the better and was very kind. I appreciate his hospitality and good attitude! My grandmother had just recently passed and we were celebrating her life that evening as well. It was an emotional dinner. Our original server made us feel unwanted and looked at us crazy. She needs a different job. You never know what someone else has going on in their lives at any given moment. If you work in the service industry, it is most critical to be aware of that and to make others feel welcome and worthy. She failed horribly. I begged my mom to tip her bare minimum but my mom gave her 20% and I still give her a hard time about it. And I'm a server too so I know what it is and what it isn't. I wish the little brat had told us her name so I could blast her about it. So be wary of your server and don't order chicken tacos! Otherwise a pleasant place....

As soon as I walked in; I was greeted with a warm welcome and the smooth voice of Luis Miguel playing in the background. The beautiful decor pays homage to Dia de Los Muertos and the vibrant colors add to the upbeat atmosphere. My waiter was named Roger and he delivered OUTSTANDING customer service from start to finish. My margarita glass was never empty and I never had to ask for anything additional because he was so attentive. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and came over immediately and offered suggestions. I wanted to try a bit of everything so I ordered the cheese dip, queso tacos birras, and the molcajete fajitas (don’t judge me lol). The food was authentic, flavorful and cooked to perfection. I live in Atlanta and trust me; it’s worth the 5 hour drive. I will definitely...
Read moreThe food was kinda decent, but why do y'all add in tips on only white peoples tickets? This is the 3rd time I've been told the total, (seemed a but much but just handed my card to slide) added a cash tip also and they didn't even bother to tell me they added it in FOR A TO GO ORDER!! KNOWING THEY ADDED IN WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME and acted like they, didn't do anything wrong
I got a, receipt this time and saw finally why my totals have always been so much larger than what they should round up too So my $25 meal Pus the tipping at their choice, was like $35 and then I tipped 20% in cash on that total so it was like $50!
Y'all don't do this to anyone except white people tho, all my coworkers compared receipts.
As a local to this area I will Never again return to this, place and will never suggest any of our hotel guests come here either.
You're dishonest and...
