We had a wonderful experience the night we stopped in looking for kratom. The young man that helped us was knowledgeable, super friendly, and not pushy at all. He gave my son a couple of sample packets and suggested we purchase the smallest bag just to try. We ended up going back the next day to purchase another bag and some of the ones that were given as a sample. I inquired about CBD (looking for something with melatonin) and they did not have any, but what I appreciated was that he didn't try to sell me something "that might work" as so many CBD clerks would have done. The young lady that helped us the next day was personable and efficient. Store is clean, doesn't have the "creepy" vibe that some vape shops have, and it's easy to view the merchandise. The blonde girl with tattoos down her arm, store clerk, was very irritable, and unfriendly. I asked her questions about some items and her knowledge was extremely limited. I made a purchase and upon leaving the store I realized I should have gotten another item. When I went back in to return the item, I told her the situation, and wanted to purchase a different product. She acted very annoyed, rolled her eyes and curled her upper lip. I’ve been a customer here for around 3 years. I’ve purchased everything from vapes to multiple pieces of glass and been very happy with everything. I recently had a visit where Kiki went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of as a valued customer. I think a lot of smoke shops let customer service go down bc it doesn’t seem important but not here. Kiki did what she could for me and even made a phone call to help me even further.
