7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Jacksonville

When they first opened it was good, but not as good as the Tyler locations. Here lately they are always out of something, even the day after their delivery. My wife and I stopped every morning and got a drink, until one day we tried ordering three different drinks and they they were out of everything to make those drinks and we said we are done with this location. We asked why they were out and was told they can only order so much. We have never had an issue with the Tyler locations being out of stock. The service in the mornings stinks, instead of taking orders down the line they just stand there and talk to the car at the doors. If they do take orders, one may walk down the line and the other may not so people who pulled in after you get their order taken before you. We have waited ten minutes before to get our drinks. They are always under-staffed usually only three people during morning rush. When other locations we have visited...

I've been stopping by here regularly the past couple of weeks since I've been on the road a lot. The drinks range from pretty good to okay and I haven't tried the same thing twice. Today was going to be a long day in the office so I grabbed a drink for now and one for later with no ice. As you can see they really screwed me on my Matcha. Sure, I expect a little less in a drink with no ice but this was half the drink for the full $6+ tax. The person taking my order didn't inform me this would be the case nor did she offer me a fill up for a couple of bucks more like some other places do. When asked about it she just said, "It's a no ice." I didn't want to argue so I just left and honestly it isn't good enough for me to bother returning...

I go here 3-4 times a week, normally after i get off shift at the fire house. I get the same two drinks every time i go and normally have no issues. Today i ordered my drink dragons blood and they bring me a red drink. Dragons blood is normally purple. I ask her to check to make sure i have the right drink. She claims it’s supposed to be red. Its never been red before.. I became irritated and instead of arguing i just drove off. Tasted the drink and it is NOT dragons blood. I get the drink every time i go, just wish people would listen....
