It's very upsetting to leave this review, this is my local regular spot I go to after work, but this particular day 11/25/22 was the absolute worst, I ordered my regular a baked white fish dinner with double broccoli and a side of jalapeño poppers, I did not check my bag because my order was always on point except this day, I got all the way home to open my food box to tray of hush puppies, I immediately jumped up, put on a robe (was changed into pj's by then) drove back up to the restaurant and demanded my money back and my food, they explained one or the other could only be granted and I chose my money back, the manager proceeded to refund me and told me she could not because 40 minutes had passed for her to do so, I asked for cash back since this was my debit card & the lady said she could do that neither, told me I can call the GM in the morning, so now I'm feeling like I've been robbed and called the police, once they arrived they told me this was a civil matter and to take it up with the courts, here it is 11/29/22 and I've called this establishment everyday and no manager has called me back to at least apologize or try to fix the situation, I've contacted their cooperate because no one cared enough to address what happened to this loyal customer, if this how they treat a regular then someone don't need to be in management, because the disrespect comes from up then trinkles down, so sad I had to...

The lobby was closed when I arrived, and I went through the drive thru to inform them of my doordash order which was only a Large Fried Okra, a Gallon Sweet Tea, Regular hush puppies and a 2 piece Catfish and butterfly shrimp and fries. I was told to park in the handicap and they would bring it out. While waiting these 30 minutes, the drive thru persisted to get longer and longer which by logic, told me they were not making the door dash order and were only making drive thru orders. I've worked fast food before so I know how it works with these people and their drive thru time. They don't care about service and only care about making there drive thru time look good to their bosses. Unacceptable to say the least.
