Went from a 5 to a 1 star and I will not spend my money here no longer! I will drive to another location or just not visit at all. I typically order a 30 piece and 2 large fries about 23$ worth of food for me and my kids. This time I came they didnt give me any sauce for 30 nuggets!! I didnt realize it until I got home. It was a problem because if I came there and just asked for sauce and didnt purchase anything Im sure they would decline so I believe that me purchasing 30 nuggets would include some sauce right? Thats not the issue tho the issue is I had to go all the way back up there, time and gas to get sauce. Im sure not everyone feels this way about sauce but that was my money and my food and I get the ability to choose how I would like to eat my food. I called up there and the guy himself offered and said he would put me down for a meal and a dessert, fast forward I show up and my name isnt on the list and I was on my way to a job interview so Im literally runnin behind cause they couldnt find my name, the manager on duty comes over and asked the story I told her and she told me that she would have never given me a meal or anything for missing sauce! By this time Im like he offered that, and even if he didnt yall think its okay for a customer to spend that kind of money and not get what they wanted and asked for? I wouldnt have spent my money here if I would have knew I was not getting sauce! So I left with no time to stop anywhere else cause this took a while, I wasnt gonna spend more money after being treated this way and Im...
Read moreSo yesterday I came in briefly before work and ordered a Chicken Strip Meal for pick up.Once I entered my vehicle there were no napkins or condiments so I doubled back.My fault of my own I didn’t thoroughly check the food. The Chicken Strips were rubbery and the waffle fries tasted like they had been fried in grease that probably was well past due to be drained out.So it was just a mess I spoke with the manager and she said because I was running into work I could come back in by before by 2 to fix the bad meal and she apologized.I didn’t fuss just spoke with respect for them because I am in the service industry and everything can’t be perfect always.Today I called in and explained the situation to Franchesca.Who acted like she didn’t want to identify herself.I told her out the gate I’m driving. She was condescending the whole time.Demanding for my receipt info. How could I have a paper receipt if I told you at the beginning it was through my mobile app??No empathy and basically said because she couldn’t find my name in the system in lack of better words”screw you and I’m not doing jack”I explained to her about guest satisfaction and she rudely hangs up the phone in my face. And conveniently the phone has zero answer after I attempted to call back!Nasty!Since she wants to go low over a $10 meal I can go lower!Franchesca I will be in contact in person with your supervisor of...
Read moreThe new location offers two distinct drive-through options: one where you order with the assistance of a staff member, and another where you place your order using your mobile device by scanning a QR code.
On my first visit, I noticed that no one was using the mobile ordering option, likely because the store had just opened. However, just a few weeks later, many customers, myself included, have been encouraged to download the app and now utilize the mobile ordering feature.
BUT this incentive only works if it is enforced. Twice this week I have seen idiots pull through the mobile order and demand a person take their order.
They halted their vehicles, causing a backup of 4 to 5 cars—vehicles whose drivers were adhering to the mobile order system.
And now could not move forward. As they just sat there and waited and waited for someone to come to their car.
So, which is it? IS THIS truly a MOBILE-ORDER LANE , OR IS IT A FREE-FOR ALL WHERE anyone CAN DEMAND what they want? To preserve the efficiency of the lane, employees should politely redirect any non-mobile orders to the regular lane instead of allowing them to make the process in effective.
I love Chick-fil-A and appreciate their commitment to innovation, but this system can only succeed if everyone follows the rules. Please clarify: does mobile order MEAN...
