I placed an order for 9/15 at 1:30am, after it reached 2:00am I called the shop wondering where my order is because my tracker was saying it was still "baking" the woman on the phone informed me that they had no delivery drivers that night and she can either refund me or reschedule my order. Since I was working the next night I asked if she could reschedule it for the next night. No problem, she gave me a coupon for some free cookies for the inconvenience and I looked forward to receiving them the next night. The next night rolled around. I called the store at 11:00pm confirming that my order was in and to be expected at 1:30am, the woman on the phone said it was in and confirmed everything and it was to be delivered. Once again, it had reached 2:00am and my order wasn't here. I called the shop and asked where it was AND THEY GAVE ME THE SAME EXCUSE! They told me that they had no delivery driver for my area anymore, that he quit.... So my question is, when would I have been notified that my order would never be delivered both nights?!! They processed my order the first time and never told me that that delivery would never be fulfilled knowing they had no delivery people, rescheduled my order for the next night knowing they again would not have any delivery people. I never received an email or any notification at any point in the night informing me that my order was unable to be delivered, I had to call well after my scheduled time to find out what was going on and that's when they would tell me they couldn't deliver it.... If you're going to have a delivery service, hire delivery people. This is completely absurd and extremely poor...

I don’t care how many TikToks you’ve seen hyping them up—Insomnia Cookies are trash. They’re not baked, they’re barely even finished. You bite into one and it’s like someone scooped raw dough into a box, warmed it for 30 seconds, and called it dessert. It’s not chewy, it’s wet. It’s the kind of texture that makes you question whether the oven was even turned on.
And the ingredients? Don’t even get me started. These things are loaded with ultra-processed garbage—stuff people claim to hate when they’re talking about health or “clean eating.” But slap it on a trendy cookie brand, throw in some neon packaging and a late-night delivery gimmick, and suddenly everyone’s obsessed. It’s hypocrisy in edible form.
Social media has completely killed quality. People don’t care how it tastes anymore—they care how it looks on camera. They want that gooey pull-apart shot, even if the cookie itself tastes like sweetened paste. It’s all about the aesthetic, not the experience. And somehow, we’ve convinced ourselves that this is indulgence. That this is good.
It’s not. It’s lazy. It’s performative. It’s a symptom of a culture that’s forgotten what real baking is supposed to feel like. A cookie should have texture. It should have flavor. It should be baked, not microwaved into submission.
Insomnia Cookies isn’t a bakery. It’s a brand built on trend-chasing and sugar-coated shortcuts. And the fact that people keep eating it like it’s some kind of treat? That’s the...
Read moreI usually don’t leave reviews like this but this is a PSA to anyone ordering from this location and a heads up for the owner of this place. Alright this is the second time trying insomnia cookie. The first time ordering off Uber Eats everything went fine and the cookies were pretty good. I placed another order on the 3rd but I should’ve known something was up. The stores delivery driver didn’t knock on my door or anything and left the cookies on the porch. That already was a red flag for me. And they ran back to their car fast like they didn’t want to be caught or anything. Fast forward me and my mom ate the Super 6 cookie stack and was fine at first, then I started to feel sick. And by that I mean I started to get chills, aches and coughing and also throwing up. To the point where I had to go to bed quickly. My mom not too long after followed suit and started feeling bad too. The next day we know it we’re both sick. I believe either someone that made our cookies in that kitchen is sick and working and/or the delivery driver knew they were sick and didn’t say anything to anyone. As of today, we’re still have issues and hasn’t been a fun recovery so far. Since this incident it’s turned me off from insomnia cookies,...
