THE FEMALE HAS THE NASTIEST RUDEST MOST DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE EVER! From the moment I walked in to pick up an order AND place an order, she gave me a disgusting look as if I did something to her! She said “WHAT YOU WANT” I kept my cool and said I’m picking up and I’d also like to place an order! She was so ANGRY 😡 at me for NO REASON and gave me someone else’s order! I said “No ma’am, this isn’t my order” she then YELLS “WELL WHAT YOU WANT, HURRY SO YOU CAN LEAVE” I said “Excuse me?” I ordered steamed dumplings 🥟 30mins prior! I asked if she can steam them again because they were ice 🥶! She pretends to NOT understand! I said it again NICELY! She yells and snatched my bag, walks away saying OMG JUST GET OUT and speaking her language and DUMPS THEM IN WITH SOMEONES ORDER OF FRIED CHICKEN! Hands them back to me and says, “HERE NOW GO” I said “Ma’am I asked for steamed not fried with someone’s order of chicken wings, can you please get me steamed dumplings 🥟 please!” THE WHOLE TIME I DIDNT YELL OR GET RUDE! There was no need for her to treat me differently! I’ll NEVER step foot back in there again! Every African American are not all the same! I was tired from being at work all day, and wanted to order takeout 🥡 for dinner! I love diversity and enjoy trying new things! I’m pleasant and is well mannered! My heart was hurting 😔 leaving here! Food and service horrible. We were headed to Lemongrass and found out they were closed. Tired and hungry we went into China99. I Ordered the Seafood Delight, my daughter ordered Moo Shu Chicken. We said we were eating in but they brought our food out to our table in to go containers. I noticed another table had plates, so I asked for plates. She brought us one plate. Were we supposed to share? The scallops, lobster and calamari were so over cooked they were inedible, the shrimp some how survived. The Chicken was tasteless and over cooked too. Even the egg drop soup and white rice was bad, bad, bad. I asked for water and was told I had to buy bottled water. Both my daughter and I ate what we could of the veggies and left. It didn't seem worth trying to explain to the lady who didn't speak English. And we figured bad cook everything else would be bad too. $22.61 for water and veggies for lunch. I didn't realize Poke was at the end of the strip mall or I would have gone there. Note: There sign and pictures on menu say Seafood Delight, but no where is it listed as an item. Came to pick up 2 UberEats orders. Upon approaching the counter, I tried to say "hello, I'm here to pick up-" & before I could even finish my sentence, the lady at the counter goes "it'll be a few minutes" & walks away. That's fine, but she at least could have let me tell her the names of the orders. She walks by again & when she comes back by the counter, I try to tell her which orders I'm there for, so I say "excuse me, I'm picking up 2-" and AGAIN she cuts me off & goes "yeah yeah I know, we're busy." I completely understand being busy, that's fine, but her attitude was REPULSIVE. I will not eat here nor pick up orders from here again. They also had their pens up front for customers in a cup filled with BLUE MOLDY RICE!!! 🤮🤮🤮 I work in a restaurant too, and I am disgusted by this place & their lack of hygiene, health code violations & customer service. 0/10....
