Today I had the worst customer service for everyday food. I ordered a grilled chicken salad requesting to substitute cheese for extra banana peppers. When I got my salad, there were no onions. So I called to advise that the onions were missing. Now, I did have someone else pick up my order but I was present on the phone. The owner said that the order was confusing (not sure how as it was simple .... a grilled chicken salad and instead of cheese extra banana peppers). The owner said that they do not do substitutions and said she confirmed with the person picking up my order that I requested cheese and onion. The owner advised that the person picking up my order confirmed correct, no cheese. So when I called about the onion, the owner told me that the do not charge for extra onion. I advised her that according to the website she does. And in addition, the extra banana peppers was the same price for the cheese. She said the website is inaccurate, they do not charge for onions (so take note everyone, ask for all the onion because although the website says they charge $0.99 for extra onion, the owner said they do not). Instead of offering to reimburse me the additional $1.08 or offer some other resolution, she said I could come get the onion. When I asked why she could not reimburse for the extra banana peppers because the cost was the same as the cheese and my salad did not come as stated on the website, she said she could not change policy. So essentially what the owner said was she was not going to change her policy to put the customer first. The food is convenient which is why I have ordered it in the past. The salad was lettuce, tomato, 1 egg, banana peppers, and grilled chicken. The onion - while would have been nice was not so much the issue. It's the principle. Your website states one thing and you dish out another. My box even does not state no onion. The 3 stars...

I was truly offended by the quality of food in this place. Initially it looked like a comfortable place to have lunch with my grandson. We received our food rather quickly which was a plus but the onion rings were not just over done but literally black. I could not believe the cook had the audacity to send his food out this way. My granson had chicken fingers which looked rather tasty until, of course, he bit into one. Unbelievable! It was not just over cooked but seemed to have been refloured and refried. A true disappointment. I did return my onion rings for a fresh basket. I stood there in disgust when the server handed the basket of food to the cook through the window and he asked - What's wrong with it? It was so burned so dark it was black. What did he think was wrong with it? Never again. Our first and yes, definitely our last visit there....

Chef salad is great.. my personal experience was not. Slipped and fell and no one batted an eye I even saw a few people laugh but no one even bothered to say anything. Got to the front the lady eventually asked me if I was okay because I was not happy at all. while the man shook is head over to the side of her like I didn't just fall in front of you. And then she said we'll be careful out there like it didn't just happen in the restaurant.I was not looking for anything but maybe a little bit of apology as there was a huge puddle on the floor where I had fell coming in. Would have been nice. like I said the food is good my experience just was not. I was mortified and now my knee is bruised up. And yes there was a wet floor sign. But it Would be nice if maybe they notice the puddle on the ground and did something in case they have another accident. Not...
