Rosie here is the reason I continue to come back.. I hope whoever runs this place takes notice of the way she treats customers and I hope she is rewarded for it.. from the experience I had with another worker to the experiences I’ve had with Rosie turned this review from a bad one to a great one… customer service is important and in this case it shows.. I come here literally every day and after the bad experience I had with another employee I had made up my mind to find another smoothie spot but came here another two times to see if I could catch Rosie on her shift to ask if what the other employee told me was true or not because it seemed outrageous.. I’ll continue coming to this smoothie spot only because you guys have Rosie on your team.. I have no issues with anyone on the team but just what I was told by another employee seemed outrageous and turned out to be not true.. I believe it may have been just a case of misunderstanding or simply not knowing so again misunderstanding I’d hope but I hope Rosie gets the proper recognition and compensation for her great customer service and overall leadership skills and knowledge..

This isn’t to bash on the other employee and nothing against her. I’m sure it was a misunderstanding or something but I hope if she’s not already, Rosie earns some type of compensation/promotion for the amazing job she does.

I hope everyone can have a Rosie on their team, she’s a great person. Thank you, Rosie.

I came to this location last night…in my pjs…to quickly get 3 pre ordered smoothies. To my delight by the time I arrived (after 7pm), the very polite worker was already packaging and labeling the items. As I had left my house i realized we were out of bananas as my two year old started asking for some and becoming fussy. I did not have enough time to run to the grocery store to grab them and so asked the worker if I could purchase. She did the right thing and contacted her manager to confirm how to charge for the item, and the manager was ever so kind and gave them to us out of the kindness of their heart! I am currently pregnant, looked like a hot mess trying to grab these smoothies quickly to get back to my daughter crying for bananas, and now had three bananas to take home to her. Thank you to both the manager and the worker for being so polite and kind and just going that extra mile. I know it doesn’t seem like much, but it completely made my night and my daughter literally sat there happily eating all three bananas and slept through the night. Thank you thank you thank you.
