As a successful business own in the connecting shopping center I know the importance of customer service.upon having a marvelous morning i decided to go to the Starbucks close by and have a drink my 12 year old daughter has been asking me to try from tik tok. Upon arriving I was in good spirits laughing and carrying on with babygirl. Until I got to the register. First the short guy with the bandanna and tattoos instantly didn’t great me as he treated everyone else. Cool no problem Didn’t ask for my name for my order as he did everyone else lol. Ok cool. So he says what will you be having? I say “. Hey I’d like to try this” as I show him my phone and the video directions of a person on tik tok that works for Starbucks making the “hot girl summer” drink. He stares at it with blank stare and smugly says “ I mean do you have the ingredients “ I instantly get silent I ironically had the ingredients on the next screen I show him He types it in
Then as I waited patiently Respectfully
He brings the drink and says “here you go for you” made no sense but cool Reply Ok thanks where’s the straws? He hands me silently I say thank you again “Silence again” Cool I left
Once half way home i realized I didn’t get my warm banana bread i ordered. I turn around drive back and once inside he’s like what can I get for you
I say” my banana bread I order
He brings a lemon and says was it lemon
I look at say… banana nut… warm
He does it and hands it to me And again no kinda customer service
So I say “i appreciate it” He stays silent So now I’m offended I stop and say again “ I said I appreciate it “ He then say “ o your welcome have a good rest of your day”

Read moreI've been coming to this particular Starbucks for 8 years now off and on I moved up to the north side for about 2 years so I used the one up there they spoiled me. The Starbucks has been great here for 8 years. Most times the people are very nice and accommodating ❣️ I came in this morning and I had a large bill to change only because I wanted to leave a nice tip I don't carry cash but I get cash to come specifically to Starbucks and give tips.. The CS person proceeds to tell me that she might not have that change!? Only 15 minutes after rush hour??? and you don't have change??? there was another girl standing beside her with her whole cash box out I said make change with her! she going to tell me it don't work like that she think I'm Molly mop head or something I am not! good customer service you never supposed to say no! scratch the bill with your money identifier to make sure it's not counterfeit and go do your job! I don't usually punch down on minimum wage workers even though she may make more but I just couldn't understand the audacity of her to tell me no she's in the business of saying yes so she should never say what she can't do! I opened my small black owned business in 2015 I never tell my clients or customers know I always tell them what I can do and we go from there‼️she could have just took my money and went to the manager and let them change it but she was determined to tell me no! now I might have to decide whether I'm going to come back to the store after 8 years maybe the north side people appreciate me and my tips better and I know you don't care cuz you get money all day! it's okay it makes me feel good to give tips to people who appreciate it and give good service! Read moreSeens how I have called multiple times today and keep getting told to call back and they refuse to put me on the phone with a manager, I came through the drive thru yesterday afternoon, guy named Gavin was working the window, I ordered my normal Venti Cold Brew Caramel lining, 4 pumps classic, 4 pumps vanilla, with sweet vanilla cream cold foam, which I order at least 3-4 times a week, guy handed me my drink and I told him it didn't look right, he argued with me and told me it was right, I took a sip and went to hand it back to him and he refused to remake it, told me to shake it up that I would be fine, slammed the window in my face as he told me to have a nice day, I proceeded to pull around the front and go inside, the moment I stepped inside he ran to the back and hid in the back of the store, the girls upfront completely ignored me standing there trying to get my drink remade, then some short girl proceeds to finally acknowledge me when I start getting loud and making it obvious that there was an issue, she proceeded to get smart and nasty with me, and be a smartass and tell me she was gonna show me step by step how to make my drink that they made it correctly, I told her I didn't need her to be a smartass that I just needed my drink remade, then her and another girl proceeds to get nasty with me and told me to get the hell out of the store. I did make it known that I was going to contact a manager and corporate today and let it be known how their employees treat customers. But to no avail every time I have called today to try and speak to a manager I get told to call back. This is poor customer service and I spend way too much money at starbucks for this poor service.
