So I had ordered a drive-through order for my family of four it was sent to be picked up at 8:10 PM tonight. I arrived around seven 3745-ish in the drive-through just because I knew it was gonna be a busy night. I waited over an hour and a half in the drive-through for my food to be nowhere to be found as well as the employee who was running the drive-through was extremely rude to make comments under her breath, and when you try to explain to her the names on the orders because we had our individually named overall name my name for the pick up order and three bags of chips missing majority of my order that I paid well over $60 for Majority of the order was already missing in the bag and I tried to explain that to her and she was very snippy and said I don’t know what you want me to do. I would have to recall your order instead of the drive-through pick up orders who had placed orders I am very disappointed because this was my first visit to this location, and I will never be returning to this one. The fact that the employees don’t know how to do their job. They are very rude and very argumentative and they don’t know how to treat customers altogether if I would have known, I was gonna be waiting in a drive-through for an hour and a half for my pick up order I would’ve taken my business somewhere else, oh and when you go on the website or the app to report items missing or an issue with your order, it tells you we can’t assist you at this time. Please use our chat feature in the future and when you call the one 800 number it sends you straight to a voicemail , it would be nice if somebody would contact me about my experience because I definitely would like my money back for everything that happened especially at the fact that the items are missing in order. My order is not correct at all. When I was pulling containers out of the bag to check to make sure majority of my order was there there was rice and lettuce falling in the bag it is very disgusting to know that my food was sitting out for that long, which is a safety and health hazard maybe somebody needs to call the health department on this location I have attached the photo of exactly when they said my order was ready as I was sitting in the drive-through. This is absolutely unacceptable. I understand working in the service industry and overwhelmed and behind and not having enough employees, but this is unacceptable especially when you get attitude and nasty comments about you when you’re sitting in the drive-through trying to pick up food...
Read moreComplete failure lately. I come here often as it is close to my work and up until a couple weeks ago they’ve had good food and service. Twice now in two weeks my order has been incorrect, and service has been terrible. Two Hispanic women used to run the window and make the food for the window. They offered great service and food! Lately it’s been a younger black male and a middle aged black lady at the window. They haven’t gotten my order right once, and they give off the perception they do not want to work there. No smiles and no personalities at all. Today they “lost” my order and I was in line for 16 minutes, while cars built up behind me. Then I open the bag and my bottled Coke is missing. Another few minutes to get their attention again I waited. I got back to my work place to eat and they gave me the wrong damn bowl! Totally frustrating. I never got my $3 guacamole either. Bring back the two other women! I know one of them recently had a baby. Hope she comes back soon! The two of them ran that store! Or at least have employees at the window that act like they care and want...
Read moreI was so happy they finally opened a chipotle by my house. Last night I decided to utilize their chipolane to pick up my online order before they closed. I did not end up opening the bag to eat. This afternoon I prepared to eat it for my lunch and found out I got someone else’s bowl. Okay. Accidents happen. I went back with both receipt and full bowl and stood in front of the cashier. The cashier did not acknowledge me, did not ask me what I needed, and even looked and walked away once she had no more guests to cash out. Thankfully, the girl with blue eyeshadow and blush (I wish I got her name but she was working cold items on the line) was extremely helpful in fixing the situation and with a smile too. I told her I’d wait in the back of the line with no issue as I see the cashier go back to her post (cashier) once the interaction was over with me and the colleague. Once I was next to cash out, she once again leaves her post and avoids me and returns once I leave. That rubs me the wrong way. But thank you so much for your help whoever was on the line (both hot and cold) for changing that...
