Senor Loco Baymeadows — Restaurant in Jacksonville

First time coming to this location in particular, the place is quite small but well space out. Came in when I guess they have karaoke which was pretty loud for conversation. There was no host when we walk in, which should have gave me the sign that it was not going to be good as the first impression is when a customer walk in. We sat at a booth since we didn’t want to be near the karaoke machine but regardless of sitting it cannot be outrun. Children was running around , jumping into booth as well screaming which killed the mood like are you running a restaurant or a playground?

Service ? Mmh needs abit of improvement definitely very very soft spoken I’m not sure if he was just learning English or he knows but is shy to speak up but it was difficult to hear what he was asking with the karaoke going too. Checked on us maybe just 1 or 2 times but we saw other peoples table server at the section more than we saw our own server. When it came to paying the bill we got our check but yet we still didn’t find our server coming to check us out after 10-15 mins we decided to go to the front to pay and go since we have somewhere else to go, found our server and 2 other at the front chitchatting I assume while putting orders in.

Food ? It’s alright good portion size, the rice though tastes flavorless ! Absolutely zero flavor or seasoning. As well for the taco al pastor only provided 1 lime 🍋‍🟩 that barely had any juice in that slice….

Overall, decent spot but I will stick with going to the one...

The one at Tinseltown is waaayyyy more better. This is a bougie version of the one at Tinseltown. The food was not tasty here and the drinks…..oh my gosh! Was not worth it. They made a mistake on my drink for giving me the wrong size. And the waiter was nice to catch it and fix it. However, she said if we change to the bigger one we will have to charge more. And I said yes for the regular price that was originally for this size right? She said more for we made this one. And I said absolutely not. You can take this back. And then she came back and said do you want this drink? I said ill just keep this one nd be charged for this small size price. And she apologized. But then said your food is delayed. And I asked oh okay how long and she said she was unsure. Now mind you, there was only a few people in there and whole bunch of employees. I never gave the waiter a hard time because she was just doing her job and you can tell English wasn’t her first language. Which wasn’t a problem for me. So I said okay cool I’ll order something since I’m here. Ordered and it was pst twenty minutes and no food. Asked for the food and she said she will check in on it. She said it’s in line. Another 10 minutes passed and I just asked for the check for the drink and left. Would I go back there….maybe....

Let me tell you the customer serv here is above and beyond doesn’t matter what day or what time u come the ladies and gentlemen that work here are beyond the food is true fresh with that Mexican flavor 100% not fake drink are above ⬆️ let not even talk about this place atmosphere there not one thing I don’t love about this place señor loco in baymeadows had become our favorite spot thank you to Samantha and Ivan they was our served for tonight thank you for y’all great customer ser for me and my frind that big thing I don’t care how good ur drink food bad if you don’t treat ur customers right or we respect and señor loco food drink employees and customer ser above 5 ⭐️ wSamantha’s she is best but all employees here are amazing thank great place 100% recommended it.. I just want to tell you how Amazon this restaurant is my daughter love Mexican food so ask one lady Samantha to dinner reservations for my daughter bday like bday dinner this lady and Jacky and Alejandra when above the limite the did Amazon job can’t explain how happy my daughter her guess was thank you Samantha Jacky and Alejandra manager if u reading this those lady’s need a...
