Update 09-03-2023 lost a star. 3 stars. I took off a star for 2 reason. First reasob because it was super cold inside today. I have been here many times, but honestly today was insanely cold. This shouldn't be a huge deal for most as it was warm outside. But when you have kids with you that start complaing, and one child was in jean pants it's hard to shop with the temp inside being frigid and kids being uncomfortable. Second reason is because of the bugs. There is a lot of gnats or small flying insects on their fresh produce. Third reason, going down 2 aisles from the fresh produce (cookie aisle) there was a bad odor. It was like it was mopped with the worst disgusting mop water. It was so bad at this point I had to leave the store. I sure hope that these issues are rectified, but then again there are other options for our shopping needs so not a big issue for me. My previous reviews: What can I say. They have it. Update 07-14-22 4 stars. We still keep coming here for the majority of our shopping needs. Patel Brothers is a fantastic store. It is very clean, spacious, and well-organized. The quality is immediately noticeable when you walk in.

The groceries are in excellent condition. Produce looks fresh and vibrant, though I have not purchased any yet. The spices stood out to me! The seeds/buds looks uniform in size, like they were chosen with care.

The frozen food section is impressive. Most of the options are vegetarian, which is perfect for me. There are also some mild spice levels available. I am sensitive to spice, so often cook Indian food at home.

The sweets are great. I love the natural treats made from simple ingredients like nuts, seeds, sesame, and peanuts.

The bread selection is excellent. I especially loved the naan, which comes frozen in a 16-piece pack divided into four smaller packs. This helps keep it fresh longer. I enjoy warming the naan on a cast iron pan with a cast iron lid because it makes it taste like it just came out of the oven. It is wonderful, and I like eating it with avocado mash on top. The roti was great as well!

Employees need some sensibility with customers. Monopolistic behavior is observed a lot and Jax need new stores for Indian groceries. An old man stares on people and I don’t understand what he thinks. Employees collect carts are like spy’s and a guy alone is worst and his expression when we clear the cart and before we return he is impatient and looks very bad. Give us a minute and wait. Don’t show your frustration on customers. We can see most worst customers in the premises who think they can behave like anything with fellow customers. I want to tell all these customers that Don’t make your mother nation cheap here with your bad behavior. We all represent our own motherland and you need to keep respect. One person can spoil the country reputation just because you are an AH. Management need to learn many things and if not it leads to new stores and eventually go out of business. Employees should learn to respect to customers and earn their daily bread. Store maintenance is bad and need improvement. I wish the owner should read and understand...
