I rarely leave reviews unless the experience is either exceptionally good or extremely disappointing — unfortunately, this visit falls into the latter category.

From the moment we placed our order, things went downhill. The staff at the counter seemed confused and, in turn, created confusion for us while ordering. We eventually managed to get our order through, but key items were missing despite clear instructions.

While the packaging was decent, the missing items were a major letdown. When I called to inquire, the staff showed no sense of urgency or apology — they simply told me to come back and collect the items they had failed to include. That level of indifference is unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I won’t be returning. I’d recommend others approach this place with caution. If this level of service continues, it’s only a matter of time before this establishment starts to loses its...

We are here 2nd time— few days back in the weekdays evening we came here for Samosa and Panipuri, that was great. And this afternoon we are here to get the same thing but unfortunately they don’t have Samosa and Panipuri but what else we can order if you don’t know much anbout Indian food. No worries they will guide you, got Dosa, samber, but they gave us others complementary food as-well - like chicken curry and I don’t know the name of other two food but it was like solid circle and other is hollow donuts shape yummy food. I recently had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at DESI HANGOUT and it was truly exceptional! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, and pleasant atmosphere makes it a must-visit destination.The menu offers a variety of authentic Indian dishes, from classic breakfast items like idly, dosa to popular street food like pani puri , Chicken pakodi , Stuffed Mirchi bajji.
