Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

So my gorgeous girlfriend calls me and asks if I’d like to accompany her to Chili’s or domino’s. Naturally, I say Chili’s, but her being the woman and wanting domino’s, we settled on domino’s. I got SIXTEEN boneless wings with honey bbq for dipping, because I’m not a big pizza guy. And the pizza was better than the wings, but I’ll get to that. After picking up some essentials from Target such as plan B and a toothbrush, we head to domino’s and she runs out of the car and into the restaurant to get out food. The food was room temperature, not unlike my IQ, probably because we were an hour late. So I happily excused that. But THEN we got home, and I tried one of the wings, it was terrible. I’m trying to thug my way through these wings when she naively asks me for one, and asks how they are. I told her, they’re very mediocre. She took one from me, obviously not believing me, and spit it out all over our poor kitty, Dr. Tres Leches Horchata Affogado Ruiz-Collins III. Now our cat’s eye is infected, and my big fat behind didn’t even finish the wings because they were horrendous. I am now writing this review from the PDQ parking lot, who have also provided me a couple bad experiences lately and they will be receiving a review soon. If I ever come back to this domino’s I have clearly been lobotomized or perhaps just developed amnesia and a sudden enjoyment for pizza. I only give the second star as sympathy because I feel bad for being an hour late. Y’all, don’t eat here, you would be much better off getting five biggie bags from Wendy’s for...

Ordered pizza at 2:53pm and was told 35 minutes. After an hour, I called to check the status of my order. I was told the driver was busy and got stuck in traffic but would be to me within 15 minutes. A half hour later, I call again. I am told she delivered my order to the wrong address and that they were very sorry. He then asked to place me on hold while he dealt with another customer standing in front of him. After a few minutes, he gets back on the phone and I asked for a refund. He then places me on hold again to refund my money and I ask for a receipt to be delivered to me proving the refund had been done to which he said he would have the driver bring me. Another half hour and I am 10 minutes from closing the office and leaving, so I call to ask where my receipt is and I am told "Uh that's kinda hard. I can only do it when I have a driver in the area to drop off." It was at this time I ask A) who was going to notify me that my order wasn't ever going to be delivered ? and B) If I can speak with a manager. I was told "I'm sorry dude but the manager will not be in for another 30 minutes." Absolutely the worst customer service I have...
