I ordered breakfast for 5 people, which totaled over $30.00. When I got to the window, the young lady who was working the window had added one item to my order that I had not asked for. So I asked for a refund. The young lady only gave us one napkin for 5 different breakfast sandwiches. She also gave us 4 straws, even though we ordered 5 drinks. So I asked for more napkins and one more straw. The young lady was very nice, so we had no real problems with her. However, it appeared that she could use some additional training.
Apparently because things were taking so long, another lady (I will call her lady #2) came to the window, and immediately displayed a bad attitude. She asked what was the problem. I told her that I needed a refund for the item that we did not order. She was very short with us, and said she needed the credit card that I had paid from. I told her it was on my Apple Card via Apple Pay. She then really got mad, beat on the cash register, and gave me my refund in cash. I then asked (again) for more napkins and another straw. She looked at me, and then gave me just a few more napkins, but no straw. So I asked her again for another straw. She was visibly upset, and finally pushed the straw to me.
After experiencing this, I asked her (lady #2) if she was the manager. She said no. I asked her if I could speak to the manager. She told me that they were very busy and the drive through line was backed up. She went on to say I would have to drive around to the front of the store and come inside in order to speak to the manager.
So I drove around to the front of the store, got out, and went inside. I asked one of the other employees if I could speak to the manager. He told me that the lady at the window (lady #2) was the manager. He said that she said she was too busy to come speak to me. Now this is the same lady who told me she was not the manager.
My family and I were so outdone by this behavior coming from the manager. What kind of example is she setting for the rest of the staff? I will never ever go back to this location, even though it is very...
Read moreI’m not generally one to leave a bad review however in this case I have to. Yesterday I placed a mobile order at 10:53. I arrived around 11:00 I noticed I only had one coffee sitting at the counter. Generally when it’s not ready I will stand there and wait til I’m addressed. Yesterday I found a seat and waited. There was a gentleman that walked in and had to leave finally after a few minutes of not being addressed because he was going to be late for work. Another woman walked in and started to get frustrated and finally got someone. She ordered her food and at this point it’s almost 11:15. I was like wait a second where’s my food. I then go to the counter and ask. The gentleman that makes the sandwiches informs me that he doesn’t have croissants. I said okay make one sandwich on an English muffin but I don’t want the other one. He says fine and I sub it out for donuts no biggie. My cold brew concoction I decided I wanted was finally being made. While there one of the girls assisting was getting hash browns and putting them in a container to eat and didn’t bother purchasing them from what I could see. Giggled and was like oh yeah I can’t eat up here and went to the back. I finally left with my coffee and food but I can say I will drive further for better service to a different location. This one is always slow, staff never knows what is going on or if they do know they play dumb, floors and tables are sticky, drinks in coolers are never stocked so if you want anything else to drink besides coffee or a refresher forget about it. There’s a never ending list of being a patron at this location for more than 2 years and I have...
Read moreI typically like to go to a coffee shop at least a couple times a week so I frequent many shops around town. I also travel a lot so I have been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts across the US.
This particular location is not consistent with their recipes and I am not positive on what they are doing exactly but the best way to describe it is that it seems as if they are watering down their coffee and not following the traditional Dunkin recipes.
I stopped going to this location for a while and I decided to give it a try twice the past couple weeks and both times failed me. I will not be returning and I would recommend that you do not waste your time or money as you will most likely be greatly disappointed.
I order the Caramel or Butter Pecan Iced Coffee with extra cream. The cup should be mostly filled with ice and have a swirl of cream or lightness to it. It is not like this when you order here. The most recent visit, I asked them to please remake my coffee with a full cup of ice and extra cream. (The original one only had a few cubes at the top) They were very upset, rolled their eyes and were speaking about me amongst themselves, they seemed very confused by my request. The cashier yelled out "make it the same way". Thank goodness I was in the drive thru because if I was standing I am pretty sure I would have fell over. I waited and waited and she tried to hand me the little creamer cups for my "extra cream" while they took my new drink out of sight. At this moment I decided to drive off and leave the remade coffee that they took out of my sight as they were very argumentive and it did not seem safe and it didn't make sense why they would do...
